My bike Enfield (AS11Q3529) I came to showroom on 25/01/2021 for servicing, there are few work on my bike like rechear battery mobil, etc replace, but they told me to come today i.e 27/01/2021. I came on morning 10.30 am but right now its 14.46 no one has touched my bike yet, after few arguments now they are saying that to keep my bike for one day for this work. There are many thing i would like to share but i know its useless.
This is not the first time i m regretted and not only me, there are many other in my friends circle too,
I know everything is waste my typing my struggles, but still one try, lets see

    This is regarding the service that was done on 26-12-20.

    Complaint: battery is getting discharged.
    Invoice attached.
    When I approached to Jagadamba
    Automobile with above complaint. They have checked and told they need time to access the vehicle and its wiring.I left my TB 350 at service station and came back.They hv called me on the evening and told the person incharge is on holiday will get back asap.
    Next day they called me and said they found the problem, its due to cables are cut from multiple places near the handle[8 places].You have two options either go for full assembly replacement or get it repaired. I asked them to chk the feasibility and check wht RPM is coming with both the cases. After cable repair its coming near to 12 to 12.5 so I asked them to replace with new Assembly. They did and before delivering the bike I asked them to share the rpm readings we are getting, they shared the pics of RPM with new assembly and was around 13 to 13.5. It must be 14rpm. But they defended that battery is old, thats the reason its showing this much only.To get the full rpm please replace the battery.I said ok.
    Again battery got dischared completely in two day by 31/12/20 .I made a call and make them aware about the situation through whts app. The person replied that is due to old battery issue, since I dont have any other option but to agree with them.
    Due to lockdown batteries are not available in the market, once the battery was available I changed it immediatly but here comes the surprises, issue remains the same.With new battery the rpm is not even 13?
    I have shared the pick with them immediately but till today I have not received the feedback.
    The problem was not battery, problem is reverse charging is not happeing. Because of that not only I have to replace my old battery but faced lots of trouble as bike is ideal from almost one month.
    Now my new battery also on high risk.

    Question: Even if battery is weak can it be drained in 2 days with full recharge.
    Why the service charges are almost equal to component replaced??

    2) Along with above issue I have asked them to do general service as well..they have not done it properly.Clutch was tight, Chain lubrication wasnnot done properly, greasing is also not done on major parts like wheels and other places.They broke the side stand nut now I have to visit to lathe machine shop to get it removed . Today I hv only option to use main stand only.

    Action required:
    A)I want my problem to be addressed immediately with pick up and drop.

    B)I want my full refund of service charges and action against the service centre so they do not do such mistakes which leads to too much problem to customers.

        6 days waiting period for a General service not acceptable?
        2. Why only dry wash available at service center?

                We would like to bring to your kind notice/attention on the following facts and request you to compensate us by replacing our Enfield (Signals Storm Rider Sand) 350 Classic Model purchased from Aryaman Enterprises, NH 2, Mandili Road, Mathura (UP) on December 25, 2020.

                1. I Girraj Singh s/o Shri Mahipal Singh, resident of H No. 306, Dushyat Mohalla, Vrindaban - 281121, Distt - Mathura (U.P.) have purchase Royal Enfield (Signals Stormrider Sand) 350 Classic modal from Aryaman Enterprises, NH 2. Maholi Road, Mathura-281001 (UP) on dated 25.12.2020 by invoice no INVOC6059CD00806.(copy of invoice attached)
                2. As per dealers direction today on January 22, 2021, I visited your dealers service Center for getting my bike 1 st Service and as per directions by him I handed over my bike for service to workshop supervisor & waited at customer waiting room, till the service is completed. After completion of the bike service, workshop personnel handed over bike to me and told me that service has been done completely as per schedule (copy of invoice attached).
                3. After taking the delivery of my serviced bike, I came back to my home vrindaban from Mathura Agency. Reachıng vrindaban I heard some strange noises and sound from bike's engine and also noticed excess smoke from bike silencer.
                After this I called to your Service workshop manager and told him the matter in details. After listening to me he asked me not to drive the bike and we have forgot to fill lubricants in the engine while servicing and the strange noise of the engine can be due to our this fault.
                After this he along with his assistant came to my place and checked engine oil. They found and agree that they had not filled lubricant in engine during service of bike in workshop. So to overcome there fault they put lubricant in bike there (Video attached of this process with this mail)
                But the damage to the bike engine was already done by their misdeed and after filling lubricant in the bike, it was not functioning properly as the bike had been used without lubricants in engine for approx. 50 Kms. due to the sheer major negligence of workshop staff.
                3. Now as the bike engine has been damaged completely and due to this incident I am suffering a great mental trauma and High Blood along with physically fatigue.
                4. I have purchase my dream bike on 25 December 2020 by spending my all hard earned savings of Rs. 2.30 Lakh & within one month at the time of first service of bike due to sheer negligence and misdeed of workshop staff my bikes engine got damaged completely by driving it without lubricants for more than 50 kms.
                So i request you that kindly arrange for replacing my damaged bike with a new one and reimburse me for putting me into a great mental and physical trauma by bringing me in this situation.
                For your company Royal Enfield it may be a small thing but for a simple poor man like me who has put all his savings for getting his dream bike A Enfield ( Pride of India) is a very big thing and disturbed my life completely.
                An early action in this regard will be highly appreciated. ( As I am in Great Depression and suffering from High BP now)

                  Still they did not give my bike back.

                  Issue was battery is not charging. I am getting poor response from showroom. I have already raised a complain to customer care, still no proper response.

                        Dear team,

                        This is in regards to seek your help in resolving my issue related to my royal enfield Bike Thurnderbird 350. I purchased this bike on 27th June 2019 from CVS motors branch Ambara Arcade, Outer Ring Rd, next to A2B & G.R. Kalyana Mantapa, Nagashetty Halli, Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560094.
                        On 20th Nov 2020 during the bike servicing I had explained to the servicing team at CVS motors hebbal branch that the odo meter is not working. The battery indicator and the servicing indicator keeps on blinking and the trip reset button does not work. Post checking they mentioned that the instrumental cluster needs to be changed and since the stock is not available with them they would call me once the stock is available and this will be a free replacement since the bike is on warranty and is used for 7024 KMS. Since I did not receive any call from the team for a month I visited the service center again on 13th Dec 2020 and there the store manager told me that the stock is still not arrived and once it arrives I need to purchase the instrumental cluster. I was a bit surprised as my bike was under warranty and it was hardly used. I tried explaining the store manager but he was continued to mention that I need to purchase the instrumental cluster.
                        Can you please help me to resolve this issue as i fail to understand why I need to purchase as this instrumental cluster is a spare part and the warranty clearly mentions that anything within 3 yrs and 30, 000 kms will be replaced free of cost.
                        Expecting your response at the earliest and help to solve this issue.

                                I'm working in Indian Air Force, 5BRD Air Force Sulur. I had booked a Royal Enfield meteor on 21 Nov 20 (BKG006182CD00534) at Bullmenn Motors Coimbatore. I have been trying to contact the showroom since the time I booked the vehicle. To my surprise I would like to inform you that no one tried to attend my call. . Somehow I managed to contact the dealer on the delivery of the vehicle. I was informed that the vehicle would be delivered on 20th or 21st of Jan 21. Today I called my customer executive Mr. Babu.His mobile number is[protected]. After calling a number of times he called me back. I expressed my concern to him. I told him that I would come to the show room to address my problem. He was so arrogant that he threatened me to come to my premises and manhandle me. As a valuable customer I would like to inform you that he may be advised and taught how to deal with customers. The action taken in this regard may please be intimated to me.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  As per the above mentioned subject I Shaikh Hussain Mohammed Yousuf have purchased Royal Enfield fom Nandi Motors Purna Road Nanded Maharashtra Model No. Classic 350 BS6 Air bone blue regitration No. [protected], Contact No. [protected], on 11th January 2021 by cash. While traveling from Nanded Hingoli Highway yesterday night my bike was punctured at 10:15pm, at that time my family was with me, at first I've called you customer care executives, he had taken 2 hours my crucial time to register my complaint.
                                  During this time I've walked 10 Km long with my family and I've not get the service which have demanded on time, No company person or technician had entertained my call or given priority to this, while purchasing bike he have collected extra charges from me to provide cashless services on time, I am not satisfied with this service an will go to consumer court.
                                  I am sending this mail to improve your service performance due to this next time no customer will suffer.

                                    Dealer : Bullmen motors, Trichy road, Coimbatore

                                    Tentative delivery date is confirmed as 10 Jan 2021. I contacted many times the dealer about the status for which there is absolutely no clear response. Every time I get fake promises . When I followed up on Dec I have been updated that bike will be delivered within end of Dec’20. When I followed up on Jan 2021, Latest I got the update that 2021 model will be delivered with an hike in price. Completely false information as we all know 2021 model is not even launched.

                                    Need immediate action to resolve this grievance. As a company Royal Enfield must take immediate action to secure its customer loyalty

                                      I bring to your kind attention that I purchased a bike i.e. Royal Engield Standard 350 EFI from Manzil Motors Gurugram on 06.06.2020.

                                      It was only 4-5 days before I bought the bike, unbearable sound started coming from the handle of the bike. To fix this, I went to my nearest Royal Infield showroom and explained my problem. He simply checked the bike and said, "Take you away, the sound will stop." But the voice kept coming as it used to come and I went to the showroom continuously to fix it, but my problem did not get fixed. The manager of the garage said that Sir, you take it from where you bought the bike. Sir, I did not buy the bike so that I would stand at the showroom / garage with the bike everyday. I am a government employee and I decided to buy it considering my daily requirement. But I have to complain with great sadness that the service of Royal Infield is so bad and instead of removing the problem of the customer, he is rescued he is misled.
                                      Meanwhile, another malfunction occurred in the bike. The bike started to stop a short distance away.
                                      To take my problem again I went to my nearest showroom Jhajjar. His attitude remains intact. Sir, the machine is damaged. He checked the normal and said, "Sir, take it, now the bike will not be off." But my problem was not solved, the bike would stop continuously anywhere. I had no choice but to be a desperator.
                                      Sir, I ride about 125 km bike every day and out of this, the path of about 30 km is deserted and when returning home I get up at night. Returning from office it becomes night time everyday. Apart from traveling on this path, I have no other option on this route, late night robbery happens on this route. Sir, God forbid if my bike stops on this road and there is an accident with me, then who will take responsibility for it.
                                      Sir, I did not take the bike for the purpose that I spoil the image of a brand like Royal Enfield. But if there is a problem then there is a solution too. But your staff is not cooperative. Your staff is responsible for spoiling the image of a brand like Royal Infield. Sir, this was my problem. Now I took my problem and went to Manzil Motors, Gurugram from where I had bought the bike and as told by the Manager of Jhajjar Royal Enfield showroom. There I also prayed to the receptionist that Sir, I have come from about 60 kilometers away and my problem is serious, please check properly and repair the bike properly and say that it is very difficult for me to come to the showroom again and again. He also checked the bike and said that sir, your bike is OK, you can take the bike. I went with a bike. But on the same day the bike stopped again on the way. I got desperate again as to why my problem was being taken so simple. Is Royal Infield such a cheap brand that it does not even have good mechanics to solve a small problem. The bike started after trying to start the bike for about 10-15 minutes. And I went home. Well somehow i get home. I had to go to office next day. Looking at the everyday bike problems, I was sure that the bike would stop again and the same happened. The next day the bike stopped in the middle way not once, not twice, but the entire 07 times. That day I reached home with great difficulty.
                                      The next day I called the Gurugram showroom. He asked me to come to the showroom. I am helpless, there was no option for me to go there. In the hope of resolve my problem, I left for Gurugram again. My problem was written again and the same thing was repeated. The bike was checked again and after 2-3 hours the bike was handed over to me and it was said that sir, your bike has been fixed. That day I came home with the bike with great hope. That day, without stopping, the bike reached home. The next day I had to go to Jhajjar for some work. Sadly, the bike stopped again in the market. And it was too much that day. The bike started after about half an hour of tireless effort. Meanwhile, I called Gurugram showroom and lodged my complaint. He again replied in a very simple tone that Sir brought yours bike in the garage. We will check again. Now sir, can you tell me that I have only one thing to take the bike to the showroom of Gurugram and Jhajjar.
                                      Sir, you are advised to appoint educated staff and experienced Mechanics at your showroom and garage so that you can save the honor of the brand and you. With folded hands, I request that you please instruct all your staff, mechanics to treat their customers well and solve their problem, instead of misleading / harassing them and never do that so that the customer gets frustrated. So that the customer trust on the worldwide brand like Royal Infield.
                                      Sir, my problem remains as it is. I again and again requested with folded hands please guide me and tell me where I need to go so that my problem can be settle. I will be highly oblige.
