I did service[protected] with KM of 11526 and service engineer informed me to change the Front Master Cylinder complete kit and it done. Last Service did was Oct 30th 2020 and raised the complaint but no solution.
But after 1year time with additional of 2500km again the Front Master cylinder got failed and when i approach service station i received that its already warranty expired.( allowed warranty was 6 months)
Whole Globe was in lockdown for 6 months from march to August 2020.
My Question is the Master Cylinder Life time is about 2500Kms but the initial one went up to 11000km.
I concern could be defective product was fit into my Vehicle.
I am not getting proper response from Aravinduja royal enfield Service engineer Kattupakkam, Chennai.
The way approach also not appreciable

    I have booked Meteor 350 Supernova in brown colour on 8th Nov. 2020 from your showroom (Shogi) Shimla, HP by the name of my brother Balwan singh. I have paid Rs.10000/- as token money for this booking. After completion of the booking process on your showroom the RE portal gave me a delivery date for 8th December, 2020. I have already confirmed delivery on 2nd December from your showroom and they gave me assurances for delivery of bike on 08.12.2020. But today they are denying the delivery of the booked bike. Even they are not picking my calls.
    I am asking them regarding my booking token number but they are not providing the same to me. Today i.e 08.12.2020 I have received a sms regarding booking confirmation by my name (Harish Kumar) vide booking id no.BKG007095CD00378. This means that they booked the bike for me today on 08/12/2020 and they have sold that earlier booked bike to someone else.
    In view of above it is requested to kindly look into the matter at earliest please this kind of mischief is not expected from your esteem brand. If you are not taking any appropriate action on the above issue else I will have to take up the matter on some other platform. Hoping for a reply on a positive note from your end at the earliest.
    I have already wrote the same on [protected]@royalenfield.com but reply is still await ...

      I have booked RE meteor 350 meteor matte black with seat customization on suggestion of sales executive according to whom it will get delivered with in 20 days. The delivery date they have mentioned is 02 Dec 2020 and till yet bike is not delivered. there is no response from the dealer and sales executives at least with tentative dates when it will be delivered.
      As it a customized booking its non- refundable and I couldn't able to cancel the same.
      I am nit good with the response from the dealer and executives and expecting a positive response at least here.

        Royal Enfield Khatima यहां से मैंने फ्यूल टैंक न्यू लगवाया था उन्होंने मेरे साथ फ्रॉड किया मेरे उस में इनमें पुराना फ्यूल टैंक लगवाया मैंने उनसे कहा कि यह मुझे पुराना लग रहा है तो यह लोग कहते हैं कि नहीं नहीं यह नया मैंने उस टाइम मान लिया क्योंकि मैंने ज्यादा देखा नहीं पर मेरा ध्यान से देखा कि यह टंकी के अंदर से कटा हुआ कोने से दिख रहा था तो मुझे शक हुआ तो मैंने दूसरी बाइक मैं बैंक खोलकर देखा तो उसमें ऐसा कटा हुआ नहीं था और जाली लगी हुई थी और मेरे उस में जाली नहीं लगी कृपया करके मेरी मदद करें या मैं एजेंसी पर कोई एक्शन लो कृपया करके यह बताने का कष्ट करें धन्यवाद मोहित थापा mera contact number[protected]

            I have came to Royal Enfield service centre at 8:54 am but the service centre opened at 9:15 .they took my job card but now at this time 4:15pm till now my bike is not maintained in nay the issue is to change the battery and checking of new Rr unit in my bike . For that only they have not done it till now we are sitting in the service centre for almost 7 hrs and till now they have not touched my bike. My bike is Bullet 350 es.

              Was given for service at your Lal Darwaja branch in Surat.
              Job card RJC009112CD00941 on[protected].
              Oiling of the bike was not properly done. I was asked to replace so many parts. But replaced parts were not given back to me. There is no sign of the authorised signatory on the bill.

                Dear royal enfield,
                since last may 2020 i buy new bike himalaya royal enfield. Kl-71h0123
                that time petrol meter gauge was defective. I informed service centre nilambur kerala. But they are notgiving proper response. Five times i take to my bike to service centre and five days i lived my bike in service centre. But service centre did not replace petrol gauge or not rectified. So i request you please advise me to bring my bike to service center for repaire or replacement the petrol gauge. I will be thank ful to you and advice me. I am waiting for your reply.                   I have booked continental gt online on 16 october 2020, i am from jhansi.up,
                  I talked to customer care they told me to talk to dealership & when i talked at dealership they told me that you will get your bike in 30-45 days. And now i talked to them they are saying its not confirm when your bike will come.
                  Its more than 45 days no respond from their side!!

                    Lots of complaint raised during these period but these problems. Is duration for two months

                    I had visited the service centre for more than 3 times and i given my Enfield for service centre for solving the problem.for more.than 5 days
                    But still.there is no.more improvement in these.. Service advisors are not really work along with rules they work only for service count
                    But they had not time to attend the complaint vehicle they are focused only in a daily service count .

                      Hello,
                      After my first servicing, i faced problem with clutch plates.So, i went to royal enfeild servicing centre.(industrial estate visakhapatnam).He told that clutch plates were damaged and wont be covered in servicing and charged me 5000/ rupees.He replaced 350CC clutch plates with 500CC one which created frequent problems.Now, i came to know the real problem and how i have been cheated by the servicing ppl.Had huge expectations on Royal enfeild But heavily disappointed with this.

For the past about Four Months have been visiting Kay's Auto, Authorised dealer and service centre to get my Interceptor's left rear view mirror replaced due to some manufacturing defect . but they were not able procure it. On persuading today I was told that its a manufacturing defect but there is a minor scratch on back side of the mirror so could not replace it.
                        Its not that I cannot replace the mirror but the attitude of the company staff and the quality of accessories being used on such a fantastic bike.

                          I have purchased thunderbird 350x on 24th January 2019. My bike had completed around 16500 kms. My bike is serviced regularly in authorised Royal enfield service center. My last service is done on 31st October 2020. At 20/11/2020 fuel started to leak badly from bottom of the bike after petrol refill. I went to authorised service center in OMR, nehru nagar, kottivakkam, chennai, tamilnadu - 600096. In service center they said that they will replace the tank with warranty but it will take up to 1 month or more i am really annoyed by this how can a bike get this kind of fault with 1and half years of purchase and i have planned to go for trip on December 25th but because of this i dont know when my bike will get ready if i miss this opportunity i cannot go for trip for another 4 months. I am really disappointed.

                              Dear Royal Enfield Support Team,
                              As discussed on yesterday toll free number [protected] - provide request number with status update
                              I am Vinod Kumar having Royal Enfield Electra Registered num KA 09 EW 4314
                              proper near Razole in east godavari district, AP - 533244 gave bike for servicing in SHRI JAYA LAKSHMI AUTOMOBILES, AMALAPURAM 533201 as its near i.e. commute 60 kms far from my place to authorised service center.
                              So 1st week of Oct and the bike is with them for more than a week as they requested more time excluding 3 days which i am available in person in service center but and issues we have raised not at all solved completely and existing condition of the bike got deteriorated.They generated the bill on 13th october and the issues were partially fixed we came to know few days as they suggested but after couple of weeks the issues came up again.
                              before receiving a bike in last month servicing:1. All reported issues are not resolved - first delivery missed due to this issue and the fix needed more time as they said so i left the bike for them and came back for some personal travel in this pandemic situation 2. head light dim issue in log vision which worked properly both visions of head light - second delivery missed due to this issue and reverted back3. head light dim issue in log vision fixed but short vision had issue again and wires came outside and objected to taking right turn and off headlight in this situation - third delivery missed due to this issue and reverted back 4. headlight working status came to as is before giving servicing and water wash not done seems to be - fourth delivery accepted as they said issues will resolve slowly and said if anything you can come back to us so we will fix those.

                              So second time we gave back bike to the service station on 19th october and they asked time to fix the issues we gave all the time and they couldn't fix and the bike is with them almost 10 days and they failed to deliver the bike for 4 times, whenever we went to take delivery of bike, they failed to live upto the expectations... they made us to travel 60 kms to get the bike in this pandemic situation for more than a week.This is very irritating and we didn't expect this blunder from royal enfield Repeatedly and this is something serious concern from customers view and please look into this issue ASAP
                              before receiving a bike in this month servicing:1. A plug water issue caused the bike to not start while servicing completed and in water wash so unable to test from our end and come back - first delivery missed 2. They called us bike starting and come and collect but when we asked them the fix "they said change new wiring kit will resolve this issue permanently" they said this when collect bike and kit not available so they took 3 days to get it and fix it so bike is with them all these days - second delivery missed due to this permanent solution purpose3. when called to collect they said to wheel tuning and battery cover set its not looking good - third delivery missed due to this and came back 4. when asked to collect on last saturday(i.e. 28th Nov 2020) speedometer and odometer not working, and disk break in test drive they need some time but they sent message to my mobile like delivered and checkout gate pass when asked pay bill and take bike we will resolve this issue if you come on monday so i said kep with you and let me know once resolved - forth delivery missed
                              external changes i made in this 2 service period:1. royal enfield original silencer when the bike is with them Oct as my original silencer damage as suggested to change this outside by showroom 2. front wheel tire with tube in between gap both last month and this month servicing as they suggested to change this outside.

                              Note : 1. bike collecting purpose: we need to travel 60km with another safe transport each time in this pandemic situation even if we convey the same but they do not understand.2.As of now more than half month bike is with them and understand my inconvenience 3. billing/delivery they are doing without informing and its not completed 4. attached bill made last last month and enter day as same day work done on 13th Oct5. few issues blaming us we spoiled if we are planning to take vehicle or and what ever work done is not trustable noticed disc brake oil change in Oct servicing5. parts are not available is the only answer for most of the repair example wiring kit, battery case, etc
                              Just think from my end all the above issues, Is anyone visiting this service center again with this kind of behaviour ?
                              My vehicle is with the service center More than 15 days each time.
                              Please find the attached bill and job card for recent servicing, and my Vehicle is in service center now.

                              Finally they delivered vehicle today (4th Dec 2020) night. Job Card Number 2445 (attached), Job Card Date: 20th Nov 2020.

                              Vehicle is completely with service center In this Period and about to complete 3 weeks continuedly for tomorrow.

                              My question here is Why Job card date changed in below 3 Bills provided date wise: its intentional not mistake

                              3rd Dec 2020 Job card and Invoice date are same in Bill 3 and sent delivered message to mobile
                              28th Nov 2020 Job card and Invoice date are same in Bill 2 and sent delivered message to mobile
                              23rd Nov 2020 Job card and Invoice date are same in Bill 1 and sent delivered message to mobile

                              even clearly talk o them make it clear. even last time they did same mistake.
                              13th Oct 2020 Job card and Invoice date are same in Bill and sent delivered message to mobile even vechile is with them couple of weeks.

                              My final conclusion is Shri Jaya Lakshmi Automobiles Amalapuram - 533201 is not fit for Authorized service center to protect Royal Enfield brand.
                              Fifth delivery also missed today as well :( due to working things got damaged after their repair.
                              So left vehicle at Royal Enfield showroom

                                      I booked the royal Enfield forest green from palladium motors Mira road, Mumbai.Manager (Ravindra) gave the word he would deliver my bike within 25 to 30 days which was not.. after 2 months of waiting I got my delivery I mailed them for regular RTO NO. on 9th of November 2020 but yet they din manage to do so... I have text me to transfer or cheque me my remaining amount and also they frauded me about insurance which cost 9504 on paper ask me to pay more but none of them replying
