Its fortunate, i owned my first classic 350 with attached details on 09th sep 2020. But during purchasing process, i was insisted to pay rs 3, 000 against 2 year extended warranty. Already i am availaing 3 year extended warrent as complimetary from company itself, so there will be no point to make compulsory for such charges. Company should understand, we are depending on finance for owning our dream enfield and such extra charges are disappointing us. So i need to refund the amount. Its not matter of rs3, 000. Its a matter of company policy. Hope i will get a solution soon.

    I did my royal enfield bike service and body coating together. They told i will one more coating in next six months.
    After few days of service, i started facing problems (Sounds and missing) in my bike. It was during the lockdown time and hence i could contact the service station.

    Later after lockdown when i contacted them for second coating, they are not agreeing for doing the coating alone. But i dont want to do service again from there since i face problems after my first service.
    So i just want to complaint mass wheels service station, taliparamba, kannur, kerala.

      Sir,
      I bought my royal enfield classic 350 cc black color on 19.08.2020 and at the 4th day of the purchase the color of the silencer bend above the catalytic convertor where the oxygen and co2 sensor is mount started to loose its color and turned pale yellow which could be a serious defect. Further i called up the agency and they said when u will come for the ist service i. E. 500 km or 30 days whichever is earlier. I approached them and i told them the same problem to them they said its not covered under warranty. But its still not even one month old and i got this problem they said we will do the nickel process on it and further they made a lame excuse that its not available right now. What kind of poor service this company is providing. Royal enfiled should be directed to rectify my problem else change my silencer.

        Hi my name is safwan i bought an oru thunderbid x from sharpline thalassery. I had to remove my silencer and change the wheel bend. Then he said no, you will not get your warranty, then they will not give anything for about 3-4 weeks, even if they can not solve this problem, i do not even ask, then why do you come to work in a showroom in thalassery, such as a warranty, the product will not be paid, if they take it first? Is there a need for a thalassery sharp line showroom in thalassery that only takes paid works like this? Warranty over in just 5-7 days away please help sir

          I purchased a thunder bird x in sharpline thalassery royal enfield showroom sharp line thalassery no customers support no warranty claim support i f i tells the products is not in stocks why sharp line is it bullet showroom or market only support paid service only i check for a silencer and allow wheel they say no allow wheel no silencer in warranty option then my friend just called for alloys wheel for buying they says alloy stock is here...

          I have faced an accident 2 and half months ago and i have gave my bike to service centre located in sai baba kovil, coimbatore, tamil nadu. My bike registration number is tn38cs5200. But it's been more than one and half months since they started the work and still my bike is not repaired and no information is properly informed to us. Whenever we ask they are just keep on saying we don't have part. I'm requesting you to repair my bike as soon as possible and deliver it to me.

            I gave my bike for servicing at Royal Enfield showroom service center in kasaragod, Chemnad branch. They kept my bike with them for a whole day to resolve all the issues I had with my bike and the next time I received it just the way how I gave it to the for servicing. This isn't the first time they did this to me, they keep doing this every single time.

              Hi royal enfield many manmohan auto mohali punjab say interceptor 650 liya tha ab os mai whobling issue ah raha hai or meri bike sirf 2000 km chali hai manmohan auto ka staff mujay yeh bol raha hai ki aap apni bike ko local mistri say check ja thik karwa lo fir mai in ki dosri branch chandigarh sector 116 ramdarbar mai gaya tho un loogo na mujay voh hi baath boli ki aap bhar say check karwa lo sir abi meri bike warrinty mai hai or mai bhar say check kasay karwa sakta ho mujay waha ka staff bilkul bi sporrt nahi kar raha hai plz meri help ki jay many 3 lakh ki bike li hai jab bhar say hi check karwani hai tho mai cycle hi lay leta sir

                The booking of my royal enfield stealth black 350cc was done on 1st July 2020. The company branch promised me to deliver it by 45 days from the date of booking.. It's been more than 2 months now.. Even after i asked so many times about my bike to the sales manager puspak kr sinha of roy brother Branch sarwan road, deoghar but they are not doing anything.. They say it's the delay from the company.. I need my bike as soon as possible.. People who have booked the bike after me in other branches have got theirs bike.So i request to provide bike as soon as possible Thank you.

                  The skys royal enfield servicing centre at bansilalnagar, aurangabad, maharashtra is really bad with their services. The staff is very arrogant, all the staff rushes on customer to cause injury, using very bad language. They are charging complete rate of chain spray, but using less than 10% chemical for spray and are refusing to hand over the left over spray cann. They had destroyed my fuel gauge and refused to repair or replace it, instead all the staff of service centre including their supervisor toffic, quality check manager and many other rushes on me to cause injury using really, really bad words.
                  Actually it is a criminal offences and i would have filed a complaint at the police station, but i m a very old customer of your company, my family owns more than 15 bikes of royal enfield, almost all models available in india, so i thought it is my prime responsibility to inform you first and let you play your part.
                  Hope you will look into the matter and take the preventive measures as soon as possible.

                    This is to inform you that the bike which i had taken delivery today @6:00pm is having some unexpected sounds in engine and side stand sensor also not working sometimes. I told this to the person who had given me delivery but he said this is new bike so it's sounding like this but i'm not satisfied and disappointed by this issue please prioritise this and get me exchange.

                      I serviced my bike bullet 350 classic couple of days before but not even serviced well take my complaint seriously the cost of price 11, 500 inr
                      But the service not worth for 11.5k so yu have to consider my problem
                      Take a serious matter this service by royal enfield located in kumbakonam
                      Make a genuine service deal with the customer kindly
                      Not worth it for 11.5k for this kind of service totally fraudulent service ever i have seen before

                      Fraudulent Sevice ever Done by Royal Enfield service center I serviced my bike for 11.5k but not worth it for that much cost but the done the service for 2000 and the cost for 11.5k way the fish is this man

                              Starting problem cum wiring harness problem

                              Dear sir,

                              i purchased royal en field on[protected] from dino motors thirumullaivoil, chennai, the invoice no is inv007120cd00118,
                              i took the delivery on 3.08.2020, frome the day one my vechile got the starting problem, when i went to the service center
                              first they told that problem is the battery after they changed the battery problem not over, now they are telling that the problem in the wiring harness, still...

                              I booked a royal enfield classic 350 stealth black on 30 jun 2020 with booking id no bkg006944cd00215 in the name of surendra pal singh at "centrum motorcycle llp" naraina, new delhi. The showroom owner committed to supply the bike within one month, but 55 days has been over. Neither she is telling the actual reason of delay nor she is showing the cause. I want to check whether the above mentioned booking id had not sold by the dealer to another in black, because the company promised the delivery last by 40 days. I have sufficient proof of her commitment when i booked the order of bike @ 10000/-.
                              Please investigate the matter. I shall be highly indebt o[censored] for ur this action.

                                i gave my royal enfield thunderbird 350x (less than 2500km driven) to the royal enfield authorised service center in gachibowli (go green motors) on 09/june/2020. for oil leak because of the plug coming from engine right side, got off from the engine (video attached below).and they take my bike in the morning around 9:30AM and said it will be done right now . around 11:45 AM i got my bike and went to office. at night on that day i find out unusual engine sound which wasn't like before. and thought this may be because of oil service or other. after that i got a call from them to know about my bike performance. i clearly said i'm hearing some unusual sound when i was driving my bike in 3rd gear and above. they said to visit the service center if it's gets bigger/louder, when i'm free. i said okay. after that i drove the bike for 30 km approx and then i began to heard this (tik tik) sound and i take my bike to service center and i said this may be due to in proper service over attachment on the oil leak side. they said "no sir it's common and it can be minimized by driving this bike daily". but weirdly the sound got increased day by day. i again take my bike to the same authorized service center and i got the same reply. today is 24 august 2020 i didn't get rid of that sound until now. (given time around 2100km driven, now it was 2337km driven). so royal enfield india, i need an ACTION and ANSWER regarding this issue about your authorized ## service center's GREAT SERVICE over my bike because i face the issue only after i gave my bike to your authorized service center by trusting the brand"ROYAL ENFIELD" ATTACHED VIDEO OF OIL LEAK.

                                  I informed this thing a month ago to the showroom people but they show no response so i have to file a compliant.
                                  Services are very poor.
