I had purchased a royal enfield bullet from m/s mpire motors sales, pappala, kilimanoor, trivandrum on 03.09.2020. The details of the vehicle given below.
While reaching home enroute the vehicle developed trouble and the dealer representative attended to it and rectified the same. On the day of registration the bullet developed trouble and could not be started. However the registration was completed and the dealer mechanic took the vehicle, rectified the defects as claimed and returned back to me. Next day when the vehicle had travelled hardly 15 kms the same complaint cropped up again and subsequently the dealer mechanic took the vehicle and now it has been reported that the complaints have been rectified and requested to take the vehicle back. Since i had taken the vehicle i could not hardly ride the bullet for more than 16 kms at a stretch developed trouble three times within a month. Still it is on workshop (Mpire motors, pappala, kilimanoor, trivandrum)
I sincerely belief that a defective vehicle has been trusted upon me by the dealer and reliably understood that the vehicle had developed a complaint due to some engine failure and needs attention from the manufacturer which has since not been duly addressed by the dealer. Now it has been informed that the vehicle is ready for riding and no firm reply satisfactory or confidence building attitude has been conveyed by the dealer to the customer.
In the said circumstances, i request you to bestow your personal attention on the matter and do the needful at the earliest
