I had purchased re signals motorcycle from manmohan autor stores, sector 27, chandigarh, on 19.07.2019, registration no: hry 03y 0814, and within a few days of purchase i noticed that the bike's real wheel wobbles and despite bringing this to the notice of the dealer during the first, 2nd and third service, no remedial action has been taken. The only explanation they are providing is that this defect is in most of the bikes and they are not going to do anything about it. I feel due to this the bike also pulls towards the right and considering this, i am requesting you to remedy this flaw on top most priority as i am suffering and i hope that keeping in view the company's image and reputation you should definitely take appropriate steps in order to remove the defect.

I've a really bad experience in Royalenfield Amalapuram branch. Payment method is only cash mode and they are not providing bills...
Reception is not good. Taking too much time get the vehicle fixed and there is proper communication.

    Hello sir /maa'm this is akash parihar. I purchased signal 350 in jan 17 from r. R automotive vijay nagr indore showroom. I didn't get my leg gaurd as it was not available and they told me to provide within 2 weeks but it has been 50 days i didn't get my leg gaurd. Whenever i call them, they gave me a new date.. I can't take risk anymore with my bike so please provide my accessories as soon as possible.

    Hi i bought a RE stealth black from thumps n threads automobiles ananthapur hindupur show room wen I gave it for first service the colour on my catalytic converter got peeled off with in a week an embarrassing experience we paid nearly 2.1 lakh for the bike this is very bad experience please help me in resolving the issue

      Every time i put thunderbird 350x on service it comes back with a new problem. After my 4th service my both the disc breaks are making weird noise. Please resolve. After my third service i faced silencer issue. After second service there was chassis issue. The point is their services are too pathetic and their labours are not qualified, every time i have to revisit the showroom for my issues.

      Well, we brought Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 bike in month of Oct 2017, please find herewith attached picture of the handles, the silver polishing was gone already, never expected such kind of material royal Enfield use for making handles.

        My vehicle re 350 classic gun metal
        My vehicle no. Tn 59 cc 1965.
        I was done my service on 09.03.2020 around 3000. Gg motors service advisor mr. Selva received my vehicle and make a test drive and he said vechile was wobling need to alignment. I give a approval for alignment, servicing and brake checkup. After done a all work next day i am facing some abnormal brake noise i give to showroom on today 09 am now they said some bush was problem need to replace that also i give a approval. Without getting my approval they grind my caliper to arrest a noise. Till now i didnt get a proper respond. Very very poor respond from the management. When i deliver on last service the person who take respond for my vechile didnt respond properly. I need a replacement of caliper set, brake disc and further parts which was damaged. Without fail do a proper respond otherwise i have to take legally.

        The petrol tank in my bike is not functioning properly despite it's a new bike. The main problem is that I am unable to toggle between reserve and main tank. I kindly request you for a replacement of the fuel tank.

          श्री मान जी,
          मैं सुयश बाजपेई, कानपुर निवासी मैंने अपनी रायल इनफील्ड इलेक्ट्रॉ ३५० (Royal enfield electta 350) बूलेट vehicle number - up-78-dq-6919 service हेतु शरीन मोटर्स १०/५१३ खलासी लाइन तिलक नगर (Sareen moters 10/513 khalasi line tilak nagar) कानपुर में दिनांक- 4/03/2020 को दी थी।
          वहां पर service manager श्री राकेश मिश्रा जी ने मुझ पर गाड़ी में पेंन्ट कराने का दबाव बनाया जिस पर मैंने कम्पनी द्वारा पेंट किये जाने पर हां कर दी। जिसकी कीमत उन्होंने १२००० रुपए बताई। गाड़ी में कै्ंक (Crank) ख़राब होने के बारे में बताया और बदलने को कहा जिसकी कीमत ११००० रूपए बताई गई। लेकिन जब मैं वहां पहुंचा तो मैंने crank repair करने को बोला जिस पर वह नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए बोले कि repairing का कार्य कम्पनी में नहीं होता है, फिर मैंने नया crank लगाने को मना कर बाहर से सही कराने को कहा जिससे वह नाराजगी एवं अभद्रता के साथ पेश आऐ। फिर मैंने पेंट के बारे में जानकारी ली जिस पर उन्होंने बाहर पेंट के बारे में बताया तो मैंने उन्हें मना कर दिया जिससे वह और नाराज हो गए। श्री मान जी जबकि बाहर पेंटिंग की कीमत मात्र ५००० रूपए है जिसमें सीधा-सीधा ७००० हजार रुपए का commission मिश्रा जी को मिलना था और वो ना मिल पाने के कारण वह और नाराज हो गए।
          श्री मान जी दिनांक ४/०३/२०२० को जब मैं गाड़ी डालने गया तब मिश्रा जी ने job card पर मरम्मत कार्य, पेंटिंग, एवं नये crank पड़ने का मुल्याकंन ४८, २५७ बताया जिस पर लेबर एवं पार्ट पर ५०% (50%)एवं १०% (10%)क्रमशः छूट देने को कहा। बाद में जब मैंने पेंटिंग करने व crank बदलने से मना किया। जिससे नाराज मिश्रा जी ने बिल में न ही लेबर पर छुट दी और ना ही किसी पार्ट पर और अंतिम बिल ३४००० (34, 000)का बनाया।
          श्री मान जी अब आप ही बताइए कि सब कार्य सहित (पेंटिंग एवं crank) ४८, २५७ (47, 258) का मुल्याकंन किया गया और बिना उपरोक्त कार्य के ३४००० (34, 000) बिल बना जो की सही नहीं है। मेरे शिकायत करने को कहने पर निडरतापूर्वक पेश आना मुझे गलत व्यवहार लगा। श्री मान जी ऐसा व्यवहार कम्पनी की शाख को क्षति पहुंचाता है एवं उपभोक्ता को निराश भी करता है।
          श्री मान जी आप से अनुरोध करता हूं कि मेरी उपरोक्त शिकायत को ध्यान दें एवं उसका निस्तारण करने की कृपा करें।

            Dear royal enfield,

            Royal enfield is a my dream bike but right now i think it will be no longer my favourite because i bought royal enfield classic gun metal grey 350 bs6 on 5 march 2020 at 8 pm onwards from showroom named royal enfield lamba enterprises group kirti nagar rama road, delhi but the showroom gave the used bike to me i have proper evidence regarding this like vedios and photos bike meter (Odometer/speedometer) was off head light bulb was fused bike handle rod was not straight i mean it's look like an accidental bike they gave me duplicate tyre of ralco company and they also gave me duplicate alloy wheels after my complaint they repaired the bike in front of my sight dear sir i don't want that bike i want to replace it or want my money back..
            The showroom not give exact information about the new bs6 bike. I am very displeased with the service provided by the showroom. Company must be controlling over the showroom in any manner because showroom wants more and more profit without giving the appropriate facility or service. The showroom hide the benefits given by the royal enfield company. Please take it seriously...
            . I have never heard or seen any kind of this problem in any other bikes when contacted the regional service manager for replacement he says i can't...

            Very mismanaged workshop with very disappointing customer service is this how a brand like royal enfield maintains it's name or brand.
            I hope this is seriously looked into than just another email.

              I bought royal enfield classic 350 bs 6 on 24 feb 2020 from showroom named sukhmani motors patna but the showroom gave the bike without pasting abs branding. The showroom not give exact information about the new bs6 bike. I am very displeased with the service provided by the showroom.                 I am so disappointed and unfortunately i had to reiterate the same problem multiple times on different platforms in less than 2 months of purchase. Once again see

                1. Rusticated silencer in just 1 month old bike. Brand showroom service centre manager argues that it is not a problem at all. Had to literally compare other vehicles to prove it is a defect piece. So un professional.

                1. Lh door lock itself broken and went off with in 2 months of vehicle purchase. They don’t even bother to provide an explanation to the customers and behave like customers looking for free money.

                2. Lh door lock (Not the box itself) is such a tiny part and completely out of sight while riding. How do you expect a rider to catch when it’s broken and fell off on road?? Such unrealistic and irresponsible answers from service centres.

                4. Complaints raised to re customer support and al they do is route back to same service centre and same people. Literally of no use.

                I cant think of anything else but strongly believe it’s vehicle delivery/service quality issue or sold a defective piece to me. It’s frustrating that i had to chase these guys each time and get irresponsible answers.

                  I purchased royal enfield bike last year in march, and my bike shocker is leaked, meter blade is broken by itself. And they said that all these items are not in warranty claim, but how its gonna be happen within one year of bike purchased. They said we are not responsible. I want it to be fixed without any delay. A pathetic coustmer complain executive not know how to talk to coustmer. A worst experience with royal enfield, not say anyone to buy it. Kindly fixed it or i move further with consumer forum. And this will not stop easily if you royal enfield is not going to fix it.

                      Dear sir/ma'am,
                      Royal enfield.

                      Sir/maam, i am naveen singh. (Mandavali, new delhi). I was having some trouble with my royal enfield bike sinch start of dec month. Therefore on 8th dec 2019, i visited your authorised asco royal enfield service center patparganj regarding issues related to my royal enfield classic 350 (Color: white ash).

                      After visting there i asked the concerned mechanic to check for the problems of bike. After checking he told me that some parts need to be replaced & as he was from your authorized dealers i agreed to that and paid a total amount of 17, 068 inr for parts and service through my credit card. It worked fine for a few days and the same problem started again on 15th jan 2020, this time the engine and silencer started making sound and also very little engine oil was left in there. As the problem continued again i went there and asked thai time to checked by head mechanic from the complaint dept. He came to me and told me that there were issues because of the incompetence of his mechanic. He did something and again now on 15th feb 2020 same problem arised in my bike. I called the workshop manager, told him that very less engine oil is left in my bike and also asked whether should i put more engine oil for better functioning, but he refused and told me not to do so and asked me to come to service center while at that point of time i was 40km away from delhi. Again i went there with the same problems and they told me that the spark clutch has to be replaced, engine oil was less and needs to be filled in again, the kick is not working properly and it also needs to be changed. I agreed for all of that except for the kick because it was working properly as per me. Spark clutch got replaced and engine oil was filled in again and they assured me that everything will work properly and i don't need to fill in engine oil again for at least another 500km and in return charged me 4, 816 inr. After two days, the oil level got reduced heavily. After all of these incidents, i was helpless and only left with one option to call customer care to seek help. After the complaint regarding improper handling of my bike, i got a call from the service center and went there hoping that a proper solution will be provided but in return, they only replaced engine oil. I even tried to talk to the workshop manager mr. M. K. Maurya but he didn't even pick up my call and then after waiting for a long time i tried to contact crm manager prafull singh and he told me that bike's engine needs a lot of work to be done. I have already spent 23k on my bike in the last two and a half months. I have already lost my faith in the service center because of what i got in return even after reporting issues to customer care. They are depleting brand value and the trust that people have in royal enfield. I am hoping that proper action would be taken against the service center and i will be provided with a solution for all the sufferings.
                      Kindly do the needful for same.

                        I placed an order on royal enfield website (https://store.royalenfield.com/) on 20th jan, payment was made by card. However the product is yet to shipped as on 25/2/2020 which is about one month and 5 days from payment was made. I called to customer care about 10/15 times, sent about 7/8 emails and i received same statement that they have escalated this and i will get a callback.

                        I really wish someone to look after such unprofessional conduct where customer is being harassed.

                          Aug2018 i buyed a bike from begin onwards i am getting issue of silencer i have raised complaint in service center but no reaction from them warranty also available but not providing doing repair and giving back. Silencer became black, not replacing bike alrdy i told to them that i will a complaint but no reaction
                          As a company policy any issues with in year replace the bike
                          But from the begining i am getting silencer problem.4 services i went with same issues but not clered still going on same problem. How i can get justice
                          I am telling to them prblm of bike but not replacing and repair and giving. Product is problem. Atlest replace silencer i asked but also not listening. More than two times if silencer have to replace new silencer but they repair only doing so getting problem regularly.

                            I own a 500 cc desert storm for the last 2 years. The nozzle of the fuel pump of my bike used to break multiple times. I have changed the fuel pump twice and it is too costly also compared to other company vehicles parts. The fuel pump is also made of plastic material which used to break. If that part is so imp for the bike it should be made of metal or atleast the nozzle part should be made of metal. Or can improve the quality of the product by making the nozzle part little more thick. I cannot invest 8500 rupees again and again for changing the fuel pump. Please do something and help me regarding this issue.

                              Dear Sir/Mam,

                              Last five years I'm using RE Classic 350, generally I'm giving my vehicles for service at Srehitha service center in Ekatuthangal, Chennai. but last month my office was shifted to Mylapore, Chennai, so I was searched for a service center at nearby me and I found Sri Velavan Service center at Thousand light, Chennai, and I was gave my bike for a general service on last 11th of Feb'2020, Adviser vinoth was told chain sprocket need to change, then I said OK, I had a left side handlebar issue and I told with the person, he told need to wheel truing also I said Ok, Then I got back my vehicle on 7pm on 11th, that time i have noticed my number plate and tail light grill was damaged, I told with the service person, they told sir now closing time, u will come tomorrow morning, then i handover my bike on 12th, they have done one repaired that number pate not changed new one, then they are delivered my vehicle at my office, the i have noticed by 13th morning at my home parking area oil was leakage at down of the engine then again i handover my bike on 13th, then they have done some gimmicks the they delivered on 13th evening, again i noticed next day 14th morning still oil leakage was continuing, again i have called the vinoth he said sir today not possible pls tomorrow 15th I’ll take u r vehicle, then 15th i handover my bike, they are applied some paste in oil leakage area and 15th evening they have delivered my bike, but this time i received my bike in damaged condition, my crash bar was damaged and my fork was onside problem my gear lever was damaged, then i have called the person Vinoth was not pickuped the phone. the i have took back on 17th Monday because previous day was holiday for service center, then they have told me sorry for the accident sir one of our service person was done by mistakenly we would do the all correction, but they are not done any corrections and I'm not satisfied with condition of My vehicle, so kindly do the needful

                                My name is bharat. I own a royal enfield desert storm. It is not the first time i'm writing a letter regarding this issue previously for the first time i noticed spilling of fuel from the fuel pump which was sudden and with no apparent reason i gave my bike to the service station in puttur and the second time i had given it to service in aadith motors in mysore and they broke the fuel pump and tried blaming it on me and then they realised it was their fault and replaced it and one more thing here they had drained my battery and the headlight wasn't switching on and then i took it to abhuyday motors where they fixed the problem. And here i'm again with no apparent reason i parked my bike in my home yesterday night and in the morning i go for a ride and come back home and stop my bike i notice the smell of petrol coming from the bike then i carefully observed to see the petrol spraying from the fuel pump yet again what in the hell should i do. This keeps happening every year it's like once a year i have to replace my fuel pump it makes no sense and you don't even have a courtesy to come up with an alternative it's damn plastic it's very fragile and you charge 9000rs to it it's meaningless. I loved when i wanted to buy my bike but i have spent lot of money for maintaining it. Kindly replace this item for me.

                                Hi I came purchased classic 350 they didn’t provide service book when I asked behavior was not good and they didn’t fix number plate thay said we don’t have machine if you want then our next showroom around 20 kilometers from here and washing not available they said go outside for washing
                                Did u receive any call from Royal Enfield customer care yet. I also faced the same issue. Mine fuel pump also used to break again and again. I have also registered complaint.

                                  I purchased re thunderbird 350 on 2018 june, i got to know recently that my bike engine is re-worked & sold to me the sealant of the engine is out. This was pathetic cheating a customer. Also i am continuously at each service complaining service center team about engine blocking complaint but no proper repair on it. Also recently i am seeing company parts are peeling off at the key barrel & front suspension. Very poor quality bike with engine is sold to me.

                                  Fuel tank air tube leaked I complained to near by show room but not accept in warranty bick 1 year used bick petrol tank leaked problem show room manager asked in change new tank but tank rate is 11000 why warranty period is not finish please claim this problem I drive my bick is 22501 only

                                    I bought a airfly leg guard from assandh agency of royal enfield and that leg guard got rusted so i tell this to agency two months ago but till now my new leg guard has not come yet and my old leg guard was taken by agency and new is not come yet they always tell lie to me that leg guard will come tomorow day after tomorow from last two months they dont resolve my problem
