I bought mahindra centuro around 3 years back. Since the day i bought it, the anti-theft alarm is not working properly. Whenever the key is inserted, the siren starts beeping and bike does not start. I am purchased mahindra centuro bike on July 2014 till now 8 services completed. Due to low mileage, low pickup, etc bike was serviced at Service Centre. But after that also problems remain as it is. Presently bike is giving following problems.
1) Low mileage ( Company mileage 85 km but bike giving mileage 40 km/ltr )
3) No pick up
4) Running engine suddenly stopped at traffic at first gear also
5) Heavy Bike Vibrations...

Complaint ID: 1200799 continuity of complaint. While giving service I had around 5 ltrs petrol in tank in main itself but during delivery of vehicle it was almost empty tank and they changed parts for Rs.23, 000 and they told as per company rules we will not give back changed parts. I purchased centuro from PSS agencies thrissur, kerala on 26-10-15. Now it has run only 300km. Engine makes beating sound and bad noice while slow running. I lost 51600 rupees. Mahindra engine is so bad....

Sir we are got mentally harassment from jawa bike senior from past 2 month. we have booked jawa bober bike with token ammount but instead of delivering on time this people are making fun of customer by giving non- sense reason.. especially the jawa branch located in VASAI ( palghar ) Mr. adbul is branch manager and he is took the money and time from us and he is not delivering our bike. and he is very rude to talk he is very very arrogant to speak and because of his own behaviour this brach already lost so many customers care if you don't believe u can check on Google page of jawa - vasai branch and you people may lose many customers and there faith in buying jawa bike if you people kept this guy in your store. i will take this matter legally and on social platform as Twitter and on Facebook also. This guy ( mr. abdul ) has no respect for there customer i will make sure no one will buy jawa bike specially from this branch.

I have purchased Mahindra Duro in 2011. Such worst model with no proper service support and spare parts support. Scooter is idle even no one wants to take free of cost. How can I repair same

I have purchased Mahindra Rodeo Model - Variant RODEO-STD (125 CC) in 2009 at the Thiruchengode branch. Due to my job, I shifted to Karur and did all my services at Karur Rodio Service Center. But soon it was closed and so used local service centers. Now I am in Chennai and my bike is in fully damaged condition. I need the best service center to service my bike fully or need a replacement. Where to approach this?

I have purchased Mahindra Duro 125 Cc on the year 2014 having registration No. MP08ML1214, ffom Guna (Madhya Pradesh) Dealer, in the name of Manoj Singh Tomar.

Last 4 year no any service center in our City at the time of purchase of vehicle they assured for service related issue and also confirmed they provide full support of spare etc.

But till date no any Service Centro and the Showroom was closed .
In this connection I am help less and why these type of vehicle launched in the Market by Mahindra & Mahindra, kindly resolve my issue otherwise I am going to Court for these types of market Sale of Vehicle

In my mahindra gusto i was facing little bit issues in starting time, so i was gave my gusto to the patna service center name:- R.K. interprises,
he given me a receipt of ₹23, 000 rupees, after that i told to him that leave my scooty, but they were opened my whole scooty and scooty engine too, ..
then i was requested him to bargain, because ₹23, 000 was too much access for the scooty, after bargaining he came to ₹21, 000, then i asked to him that when will you give my scooty, he said after 4-5 days,
but till now its 18 days gone but he didn’t gave my scooty, daily i’m calling him but he always makes some excuses, please help me, …
and he was taken ₹15, 000 in advance too

I've ordered for spare parts like break shoe and clutch assembly on 13th October of 2022. But the item couldn't be able to dispatch till date. I've requested to send it across on priority basis since the break shoe is worn out drastically. But they were less bothered about my emergency. So now I've raised a request for cancellation of the same since they won't be able deliver it on time. But the agency denied my request and asked to wait for some more days which is not acceptable for me. And I've purchased the item locally due to delay. So I request you to take necessary action for the cancellation and refund of the amount as early as possible.

From past 1 year I am facing lot of difficulty in getting an auto part for my Mahindra gusto CDI unit and my bike is being idle without use for almost 3 weeks which is mentally disturbing, please assist me

When I insert Key, bike Mahendra Centuro gives false anti-theft siren. This is embarrassing particularly at a signal stop when I stop engine and when I restart this false anti-theft siren starts. this happens randomly but 4 to 5 times in a week. What is the solution.

Currently our Mahindra Flyte scooter is getting started only by kicking hardly and the self start button is completely not working. We have replaced the battery multiple times earlier, though the same problem continues. Kindly give a solution for making the self start work. Thank you!

Gusto scooter frequently give problems related to battery. The battery has been twice replaced since i bought the scooter. The kick has been broken and replaced twice. The scooter has merely run 7000km in last six years. Above all there are no authorized service centers at Vadodara Gujarat. Now awaiting the receipt of battery since last 10 days. Need help.
