I went to royal enfield show room for service and i want them to check my battery as my bike is not getting started. Without even properly checked they asked me to change my battery. I asked them whether charging my existing battery is possible. They said not possible, you need to change the battery.

They replaced my existing amaron battery with another amaron battery. They charged me rs. 2, 153/- for the battery and rs.73.75/- as labor charges. But, they gave me rs.73.75/- as printed bill, and rs.2, 153/- as separate bill. Some how, i took both bills with stamp and signed.

Later, i came to amaron show room and showed the battery and asked for the price. They told me it costs rs. 1, 700/-

I swiped my card in royal enfiled show room for my battery replacement. So, i have the bank statement proof also for the same.

Please suggest me.

Fuel tank air tube leaked I complained to near by show room but not accept in warranty bick 1 year used bick petrol tank leaked problem show room manager asked in change new tank but tank rate is 11000 why warranty period is not finish please claim this problem I drive my bick is 22501 only

    This would affect ur companies reputation, am work in defence so i have no time to waste, so make some necessary steps. I visit there showroom few days ago and there is few pieces there (Stealth black) and they no inform about that, they simply sold without any information, i paid the amount in advance then they show this type of stupid attitude, pitty 😠, unnonny motors chandanathope

    I booked Ur Bike(bs6 stealth black)1month ago, And they promised me to deliver within 10 days, days passed and still no delivery its take about a month, I inform this bcz Plz warn this type of dealer this would affect ur companies reputation, Am work in defence so i have no time to waste, so make some necessary steps .     Meter, hiker, head light, sheet's properly not working office lady & labour worst respect my bike ride with not interested.
    I purchase classic 3 years ago but fuel tank completely rusty. The material used for manufacturing fuel tank is very very bad quality. I used other vehicle also but this vehicle having rusting problem only in fuel tank not on body.

      Even after replacing purge valve as i have wrote in my first complaint, the engine is not functioning smoothly. This time missing started after just 10 kms of ride. It continued till the end of my journey. I rode 20 kms with the missing problem persisting before the engine turned off when fuel level came to reserve position. But the next morning (Today) to my surprise there was not a sign of that engine missing problem that troubled me yesterday. Service technicians at marikkar service centre, thiruvananthapuram are performing bad.

      Even after replacing purge valve the problem persists. It has become severe now. Fed up with RE product and their service.
      I inform you that bought a royal Enfield Thunderbird 350x 3 or 4 months ago the instrument cluster broken it's self while riding.the paint of vehicle was also not good its quality was poor and please replace instrument cluster which was broken itself

        Respected sirs,

        In view of the reputation of the brand, “the royal enfield”, which had been close to my father in his early days (1987), he had suggested me to go ahead with any product from the brand “the royal enfield” for my personal use, on date too.

        It’s only for the brand “the royal enfield”, that we had visited your dealer “kolkata bike zone” at chinar park, rajarhat, kolkata but regret to place on record that had it not been the the brand “the royal enfield”, my father would have been the last person to enter the premises of “kolkata bike zone” again considering the behavior, the hospitality and the attitude of the “kolkata bike zone” managementb/ owners.

        During the initial discussions, keeping us in good humor, it was respectfully assured by the individuals (Sales) from the management that once the bike was purchased all the documentations (Insurance + registration) would be completed positively within 15 days, if not earlier.

        Once the amount of rs.1, 52, 713/- for the bike (Cost of bike + insurance + registration) was paid by my father for “the royal enfield” bike vide chassis no. Me3u3s5c1la595358 on 16.01.2020, with the individuals (Sales) taking back stage thereafter, the whole attitude of the “kolkata bike zone” management changed. Though the basic documents required for registration was handed over to the “bike zone” management lastly by 22.01.2020 at 11.30 hrs., the registration fees was not deposited with the state govt.’s motor vehicle administration till 27.01.2020 for further processing therein. Here it is to placed on records that an amount of rs. 1500/- was asked to be deposited in absence of the valid aadhar card, which too was agreed to be paid by my father at a later date, though unwillingly.

        When frequent phone call discussions with the individual (Sales) concluded without results, the situation compelled my father to visit the showroom for handing over of the bike to the “kolkata bike zone” management. It was respectfully requested that with all other issues to be shorted out with “the royal enfield” management in due course, only the acknowledgment / receipt for the bike may be handed over but i regretfully submit that the “kolkata bike zone” management literally abused my aged father in public threatening not to entertain him further for the registration of the purchased bike and further directing the security not to allow him near the showroom premises.

        As with no other option left for my father, he called me, being the owner of the purchased vehicle, to talk with the “kolkata bike zone” management for a mutual understanding on the issue. Within this period of time, the “bike zone” management send a e-mail to me to safeguard / coverup it’s position. With my father staying away disheartened, i had approached the “kolkata bike zone’ management but the management still taking an arrogant attitude threatened to call the police wherein once i got tough and accepted the challenge / threat, did the management stepped back and relented for talks for a mutual settlement of the issue. On my repeated persuasion for a written date by which the registration of the bike would be completed by the “kolkata bike zone” management, did the written assurance of 20 working days from 22.01.2020 (I. E 14.02.2020) was handed over to me vide letter through e-mail (Copy enclosed herein).

        It is to place on records that in spite of all this the amount for registration was deposited with the state govt. Only on 05.02.2020 by the “kolkata bike zone“ management that too after a heated conversation, once i had called upon the “kolkata bike zone “ management on 04.02.2020 at 12.30 hrs.

        On date when i had called the “kolkata bike zone” management to inquire about the status of the registration of my bike, i was summarily/ bluntly advised to view the contents of the mail already forwarded by the management on 27.01.2020.

        Here i most humbly plead that the “kolkata bike zone” management may be please directed to take over the bike on failure of assured date of 14.02.2020 for the registration of the bike and to the release of the amount of rs. 1, 52, 719/- with interest failing which i would be left with no other option but to approach the appropriate forum for justice and recovery of further damages therein, from “ the royal enfield “ management.

          From last week my std 350 abs showed some missing after a ride of minimum 30 kms each time. I was sure that fuel level is much above reserve and realized it as some real problem, not the usual reserve mechanism. Service guys at marikar service centre, thiruvananthapuram cleaned carburetor and throttle body. But the missing started on my way to home after 25 -30 kms. Met service guys again. This time they found purge valve malfunction asked me if i had filled full tank petrol. But i hadn't done that (Though i never knew that top filling fuel in re is really a sin!!). Why to count the big tank as a merit of the bike if the rider is not expected to top-fill it?? Re should find a solution. Please...

            I have purchased my royal enfiled bs6 on 13 january 2020 gun metal grey. From [ shreay automobiles ] alambagh, lucknow (Uttar pradesh)

            1. The sales man behavior was rude.

            2. They have forced me to buy their two products.

            (I) leg guard

            (Ii) mandatory extended warranty cost = [ + 5000/- ]

            Problem faced

            Leg guard - now touches at the carbon sensor provided by the showroom and sooner or later it will break it and also hit will hit the indicators of bike.

            Extended warranty - after buying the bike i have faced various issues with the bike which includes -

            1. Bike dissemblance
            2. Fuse parking bulb
            3. Disk breaks problems
            4. Bike not starts with 'kick'
            5. They haven't provided me any document regarding their # warranty.

            Solution provided ''''' after cheating me '''' by royal enfield dealers.

            * their forced warranty doesn't includes parts which gets damaged. (20 rupee parking bulb)

              This issue is still i am experiencing. I have delivered my tb350 in rudraa motors-service - annanagar on 22nd jan.
              The beauty is for last 18 days i have never received one update call from service center.

              I have been given many reasons for delaying warranty coverage work.

              Reason1: week1, sir your tank will be replaced by some other new bike part which came newly for other accident bike coverage.

              Reason 2: week2, sir sorry the approved invoice tank came in was stone black instead of flicker black.

              Reason3: week3, sir sorry your invoice is not yet approved.

              All above status was provided after i call them many times and no service center executives have courtesy to update their customers since holding bike for 3 weeks and still counting days.
              People i spoken are, munvar hussain, dinesh & benny.

              I request royal enfield to resolve this issue asap.

              Also I was worried that Rudra Motors dont have closed parking for service and waiting bikes. My bike was with them for last 3 weeks and not sure what is my bike condition now.

                Actually my thunderbird 500 x speedometer stopped working i given it for [protected]@ empire motors kilimanoor kerala. They don't identified the reason of why its not working. After i have waited for 4 hours they are telling me that its the problem of the headlight and they cannot do anything give to local battery workshop they will repair it.
                So that i take my bike and give to local workshop. They identified the problem that its was not the problem of the headlight it was the problem of sensor wire attached to the speedometer.
                From this i identified that the staffs in empire motors are irresponsible and they are incapable of identifying the problems. So even local workshops are better than these services centers.

                  I am facing a repeated issue/compliant of fuel leakage from carburetor in my Royal Enfield classic 350cc bike. I have register the compliant and have taken my bike multiple times to the service center at OMR Chennai service center. But it is not yet resolved and attend properly. The response on resolving this issue is poor and the knowledge on resolving this issue is very poor. I am totally disappointed with the Royal Enfield company and the service provided by them. I need the company to take responsibility and resolve this issue and provide me proper reason for this issue.

                        I have a later 2016 BS 3 model Himalayan and I have completed 29 K Kms on the vehicle and have complete showroom track of the vehicle and faced many issues now and then, However the bike is Running with the problems and in the recent I got to know the Upgrades the Company has given for all the BS 3 models such as replacement of Head and bore, front suspension, gear sifter sensor, Cone set, Clutch Assembly, Coolant piper, radiator guard and etc..., which I was unaware of in the initial years of purchasing the bike and every time when I had a problem with the bike they used to just repair it instead of giving the upgrades and when I have asked the dealership for the upgrades they want to turn their back on me saying that the bike has completed it's 2 years so they don't bear any responsibility there after most of the problems still persist such as play in Sound from Engine Head, Hard suspension, Hard clutch, gear shift problem, Play in cone set and many other issues.. I have tried complaining this issue where ever possible but the Royal Enfield Dealership and staff are not ready to listen my concern. Please help me out in this regard.                           My re 350clasic gunmetal is frequently breaking down, i am colpaining and giving it to service centre but they dont find actual prolem... I suffering from last 2months, i am mentally and physically got tired now... Please do something otherwise i wont reccomend re in future.
                          Service center barshi, of solapur district maharshtra not solving my problem, it takes my bike for some days, use my petrol handover to me and say that bike is repaired, this happend two times, but my problem is still same suddenly bike gets off and doesnot respond... Please do something

                            Hi team,

                            I booked stealth black 350cc bike in madinaguda re showroom. Response from the supervisor laxmikanth and swamy is poor.

                            Laxmikanth is irresponsible person. I don't know how royal enfield top industries hires show people. We booked bike long back in november month and we order initially classis 350cc black later showroom ranjith told about stealth black 350cc.

                            So, we told them to book stealth black and we are ready to wait until it launches. Laxmikanth took the amount of 10k for booking.

                            But, now there are not even responding properly when we asked for details. Laxmikanth and swamy asking to visit banjara hills branch in rude way.

                            Swamy don't even know how to talk to customers. I recommend not to go for madinaguda branch to all my friends.

                            Please take action against laxmikanth and swamy.

                            I bought a thunder bird350x from unnunni motors two months before. now my bike ridden km-3560 only, taken 1st service with 500 km. now the complaint that oil leake from the head gasket. besides while delivered the bike i noticed and informed the dealer bikes silencer damaged. dealer will not rectified the complaint sofar.

                                Last time i have problem with sensor on bike exhaust and rear brake system of my black stealth 500. I took the bike to correct it from service centre at udhampur. They told me that they have to change brake pump and the sensor also for that they have to charge me accordingly. On enquire about my warranty period they told that this is not possible.
                                Reason for that - according to them my lastservice was not done at authorised service centre as per their logs
                                But my problem is that i have done my services on time on authorised service centre at tanda punjab in[protected], how’s fault is in it that they have update their systems accordingly. And from past year services are within time from authorised service centre, what about the warranty of the bike of 24 hours.
                                Now my service is due and i’m confused about where i have to go for my service, authorised service centre where they charge u more and provide no warranty or outsource it where i have to pay less and for product i any case i have to buy them at their market price as they are nor giving me warranty on bike.

                                Please do let me know about my bike warranty, why proper entries are not in system logs about services, what i have to do now to make sure to get bike in warranty??

                                  I have purchased thunderbird 350 marine at aravinduja motors kattupakkam chennai on 11/06/2018 i have found petrol leakage in my 3rd free service, now again same problem found and given to service centre on 5/01/2020 till date my bike not return. They said problem in petrol tank need to be replaced once it come from manufacture unit we will give you. Need bike as early.

                                    Hello sir i got my royal enfield classic gunmetal grey at the month of april... I am getting continuous sound on engine from the date of purchase.. I have complaint it from the last three services.. But they are just ignoring it by different reasons... Please try to take action on it... Ore else just replace my bike... Till i can't wait... Some more problems like chain etc are continuing... Soon try to take action on it.

                                      I am giving complain on 20th jan 2020 in velven motors nandanam chennai still not resolved my problem no one is not contact with me my bullet is in service center last 5 days every month my bullet is in stayiung in service center only i am not using i purchased month of sep2019 continuously i am facing the problem but company is not taken seriously they are cheeting me

                                      dont taken royal enfield now they are selling used bullets i spending money every month around 3000/- it is new bullet sep 2019 ia m purchasing the bullet i am facing the problem day 1 to still continuously it is very very bad service and sales

                                      All time my vehicle is in velvan service center Greems road when i purchase the vehicle day 1 to still last 4.months any body is not taken action i am giving complaint regarding the issue 10 times but they cant taken my complaint stil i cant received my vehicle

                                      Sri velvan motors service center greams road chennai is worst service center i am purchasing new vehicle classic 350 date of Sep 2019 getting issues day 1 to still i am giving service center in 7 times last 4 months still not reaolv the issues and day yesterday they are taken my vehicle fom my home i send mail to company regarding the issues i said i dont want that vehicle i want replacement or repayment then always my vehicle is in service center only so i reqst to comp want repalce i aend a mail on 29th jan 2020 still i cant received any reply and vehicle it is a worest service center and company is cheeting custommers they also not supporting to custommers plz dont purchase Royal enfield they are cheeting the public
                                      I purchased classic 350 date of Oct 1st in sri velvan motors nandanam vehicle is trouble on delivery time the manager told that is royalenfield vehicles

                                        Sir, i own a classic 350 redditch red. At the time of purchase i had decided to put extra seat cover with the default seat having white lining, i trusted the dealer that that they will install all the original parts but later when my outer sear covering started to wear out i found that the seat was not the default seat with white lining they had cheated me with some other normal seat. I made a complaint to the dealer but they refuse to take any action and they say that i cannot help.
                                        Therefore i would request you to kindly see to the matter so that they dont spoil the royal enfield name in the future.
