My royal enfield bike is punchure for the second time in a year. I am covered with a road side assistance and still they are not able to send the technician or to claim my amount. I tried reaching the customer care and they are denying the service. They are making customers fool by forcing us to take rsa and the rsa team is making money on it. 15/1/2020

    Such incovience from such reputed company is not expected.

      Hello team,

      Multiple times i had informed service center in mumbai for my new bike brake fail issue from first service but its not resolved yet and now its 2 years completed bike condition is bad with multiple issues. Only 9500 km driven and lots of issues and multiple service done with heavy expenses.
      Really disappointed about royal enfield service centers in mumbai.

        My name is mithun from calicut kerala. I owned a tbx 350 which was purchased on march 2019 still under. My bikes front mudguards paint was removed from it because of the clutch and accelerator cable touches the mudguard while riding. The cable itself got damaged because of touching the mudguard. As a bonafide re customer i need to solve the issue from your side its completely your manufacturing or assembling mistake. As i went to the nearest showroom they had nothing to do with my bike they suggest to use tag for future damage. Usage of tag for this cable was not at all mentioned in users manual or no one from service center guided me to use tag. Already i had completed my all free services from re authorized showroom itself. I noticed the damage cause to my bike yesterday while washing the vehicle when i put water on my vehicle with garden tap the paint in the portion where cable touches gone and at the time when i checked cable the outer layer of the cable also got damaged and the metal wires and seeing, it causes damage to my mudguard. I prefer a quick response and solution from re. Hereby attaching photos and videos.

          I am deo ashish samanta and i have ordered the product "tanker boots black-42 (Uk-8)" from the official online royal enfield store, dated 16/10/2019. The order number is 74223. The product that has been delivered to me on 24/10/2019, is of different size (Eu-43, uk-9). I kindly requested them to replace the product with the appropriate size which was ordered. I returned the delivered product for the replacement, on 12/11/2019. Several calls and inquiry were made for getting the delivery during the time period, but they always procrastinated it and never got back to me. It has been 89 days since i have ordered the product and no update about my delivery has been communicated to me. I kindly request the competent authority to take an appropriate action. A few related pictures are also attached with complaint.

            I have purchase royal enfield gun metel 350 cc from royal enfield showroom jhalwad road, in front of airport kota at 10th september 2018. I have use to services during the time at same place. Last month 2 december i have going through service center and take away for service. He changed oil that time.               I have bought 350 standered bike, but previous month the oil tank of my bike is totally leakage. So i want to change my oil tank, but the service dealer of charkhi dadri agency was does not take changing any step to change my fuel tank, andwhenever my bike is in period of warranty. I want to change my oil tank in agency with in warranty period, but the dealer is so misbehaving with me and said not to change my oil tank.

                My bike have issue with clutch plate, clutch are not working properly, if my bike stop 2 to 3 hrs then clutch is jerks or james and not working, bike not starting with starter and also kick because of clutch plate.

                When my bike is in gear and i try to start with clutch operation bike not started and bike move a front side. I have to manual neutral the bike then start with starter or kick

                  engine stop while running

                  Need to improve the service also need to train service consultants regarding the problem occurred in bike. Need guidance how to consult the customer.                   I bought royal infield classic 350 gun grey last year (Jan-19) it runs only 14000 km (On highways only) since last few days chain sprocket making irritating noise when i visited to nearest service center, and reported the problem they said that your chain sprocket and chain has been damaged so i will replace it with charge of about 2500.
                  So my question is really this is build quality of royal enfield?
                  On first service they suggest me for lube oil & cleaner for chain maintenance, i bought (Charged near about 550 rs) i bought it for two times till date and i do chain cleaning & lubing at every 1000km

                    I booked a bike vide booking order no-bkng[protected] at trupti autoworld, bhubaneswar, odisha. Waiting period was appx 15 days. When enquiring about the availability of bike, i was answered that the model (Thunder bird 350x) was no more available for sale. Bs vi is coming so the booked bsiv is not for sale. And it is also not clear when that will be launched. Refunding booking money is not a soultion. Why the booked model will not be sold if they have taken booking for it

                      I purchased bullet 350x before 3 months.. Now its always missing problem and its break down 4 times in road side and they are claiming 24 hour road side assistance and no one available while i am calling... For that i take this bike nearly 10 times to service centre for this but it will be fine 4 one day... And next day the same problem... Now speedometer light is not working and i don't know what to do now... As they are telling yo take to service centre each time and no result... What i will do for this cheating

                        Myself Himalesh ordered scale model from royalenfield.com on 14/11/2019 with order number #76452 and as i didn't received it even by 28/11/2019 i requested for cancellation and ticket for same with id "CCSHOC[protected]" and till today i didn't received my refund money in my account. Every once in 3 days am calling and not getting any proper resolution from CCA team. Kindly help me with this and process my refund soon.

                          With due painful submission, it is my painful duty to inform you that i, amit kumar sinha (Mobile no. [protected]) an owner of royal enfield classic 350 (Black) having registration no. Ap30ag1811, chassis no.- me3u3s5c1gf450217, engine no.-u3s5c1gf225242 visited royal enfield authorized sales & service showroom namely 'riderz ikon', near sai baba temple, mettupalayam road, coimbatore on[protected] for general paid service (Took permission from showroom before coming). Further, i would like to inform you that i along with my wife came from coonoor, nilgiris, tamilnadu as i am working in central police, govt. Of india.
                          Routinely, before servicing, i informed the showroom person my vehicle's technical/running issues which i used to sense on daily riding. I left my vehicle at the showroom for servicing and came back to the showroom at around 1700 hrs. I paid approx rs.6250/- for the same and got my vehicle.
                          Accordingly, i left the showroom and was riding the vehicle smoothly. Suddenly, reaching just before mettupalayam. Vehicles horn, headlight, self-start switch which started malfunctioning and my vehicle got to break down near black thunder (Forest area), mettupalayam. Even the vehicle's kick was also malfunctioning. Accordingly, i spoke to riderz showroom ([protected]) at around 1845 hrs. And told me about my vehicle's problem but nobody paid any attention. I was talking over the phone and even requesting to send any mechanic for my rescue but no showroom person came over there. Meanwhile, i started searching for a local mechanic shop but all the shops were closed as that day was sunday. Somehow, i managed to bring my vehicle near to bhavani river bridge, mettupalayam and i found one mechanic shop near to bhavani river bridge which was closed. Consequently, i called the local mechanic namely senthil kumar (Mobile no.[protected], [protected]) and requested to come over there. After some times, the said mechanic came over there and started inspecting my vehicle. He found an accumulation of water near to the regulator/relay that is used to charge a battery on running of the vehicle which further supplies current to the headlight, horn, self start switch. The local mechanic wiped out the water from the regulator/ relay area and accordingly the vehicle engine got to start. After that, the local mechanic spoke to the showroom person (Mobile no.[protected], [protected]) and explained the same problem. Further, the local mechanic said that the showroom person washed the vehicle during the course of servicing bu did not properly dry out the internal electrical system with air. Due to which, headlight horn, self-start switch could not get current and my vehicle got a breakdown.

                          It was such worst experience that i could have till the repair of my vehicle and 3 hours got waster because of showroom service persons's negligence.

                          Further, i would like to inform you that my wife was with me during the breakdown and we suffered from a lot of mental harassment as it was sunday and all the shops were closed. Meanwhile (In search of a local mechanic), some anti-social elements came to us when we were stuck near to black thunder (Forest area), mettupalayam during the search of the local mechanic. But somehow we managed to save ourselves with the help of local people. So this kind of situation can be a danger also and even threatening to life also.

                          So i earnestly request you to take strict action against riderz ikon showroom concerned staff so that this kind of negligence may not take place again in the future and any customer should not suffer from the same.

                            I p venkteshwarulu from jabalpur m p want to submit a complaint for my thunderbird 350x as after the periodic service done my bike delivers heavy amount of brown smoke. I have told this issue to the service manager at the time of service, but according to him this is caused by some water molecules present in silencer. I am not satisfied with the service.

                              But till date neither our rc issued nonumber plate i have been fined twice by trafic police fot no having number, sever time i have called mr praveen in bulandshahrroyal enfield showrrom.

                              He is not picking up call as well as dont meet... I request you to kindly resolve my complaind. Else i hv to file a written complaind in consumer court.

                              After several reminder in bulandshahr shoroom is not responding and there are several issue in bike too that also being ignored by royal enfield bulandshahrbranch... And also wana register a written complaind of mr praveen

                              I Just bought yesterday(i:e-22/12/2019) thunderbird 350x. Yesterday did the first ride of approx 150 km. The engine got so hot and smelling that I felt like my leg is burning while I was wearing shocks and full trousers. Please confirm if there is any manufacturing defect or it is normal.

                                This complaint is to draw your kind attention towards my two wheeler, Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 X bearing Reg No. KL27 J 4852, which was presently in show room at Roverz Motors, Karazma, Mavelikkara, Kerala -690105. My vehicle has been already delivered to showroom since 07 Dec 19 due to some technical issues with Job card No. 10556 dated 07 Dec 2019. The problem has not been rectified yet. It has been noticed that there are several problems creating the New purchased bike as it was purchased on 20 Aug 2019. Please clarify, why this new purchased bike has so many problems and the same has not been delivered yet after rectifications since it has already been taken so much time for the same.

I had paid my bill amount that day too.They didn’t full-fill the service. They had damage my petrol tank & abs signal lamp also not working. Job card no - RJC[protected]. I had ask about the details the above they are not answering properly. Kindly take action further.

                                  I have purchased royal Enfield 350 gun metal grey from ess aar motors and since the day i am experiencing the problem related to clucth since now i have been standing inbetween roads because of the vechicle got break down every now and then. 3 times service centre people fooled me that they have solved my problem but the problem persist.

                                    I was coming from my office on 31st December 2019. iAm using thunder bird 350 x from past 7 months.my speedometer got broken in the middle of the road while driving. Before also my foot rest also got broken but service centre told me that you must have met with an accident. I paid for it.but this is too much.i never met with an accident.and i am not going to pay for it. everything service centre puts the blame on customer but the way it is broken there is not a single scratch on it. It is broken from the joint.

                                      Hi all,

                                      This an message I am writing with heavy heart because of the product you sold to me.i was really fed up with the service you are providing with the product you are selling.

                                      I bought royal Enfield 350 gun metal classic for 1 lakh and 64 thousands during 2018 after march..it was an BS4 model and they asked for extra 10 thousands for accessories and I paid for it just because of one things the quality of the product you were selling but once I got the product I got to know all were just show off.

                                      I bought my bike at Theni Royal Enfield showroom(Arjun was the sales man and the dealer was coral motor hub). I gave the first service at Theni showroom for 500kms. Till that time all looked fine except few small small things.

                                      Few days after I took my bike to chennai as I was working over there and where my really trouble started, within 1000km my rear disc brake got struck in middle of traffic and I was not able to move my bike an inch and I went to velachery - pallikaranai Sri venkateswara royal Enfield showroom over there they told me to change the rear wheel disc brakes and they mentioned it's jammed it would be around 2500rs for Changing it and I paid for it.thats as the first time I felt am I took an wrong bike

                                      And then came the next situation where after running for 1500km I get to hear some sound from my bike chain(tuk..tuk..tuk...which was really horrible while driving) I went to same showroom(Sri venkateswara royal Enfield showroom at velachery and pallikaranai road) I told the issue they did something and gave me the bike telling all ok sir now this sound won't come. I took my bike and agian within next 500kms I got the sound again(tuk..tuk..tuk) at the time it was time for my service which was around 3000km and I told the issue they told we will look into it..and again nothing changed after riding for 600km I started to hear the sound and to this they had got me paid for service more than 2000rs.

                                      By time of around 4500km I went again to same showroom asking for reasons and they told they don't know and asked me to buy chain lubricants and asked me to spray that whenever I hear that sound and that lubricants cost around 800 to 1000rs which I have to by every 1500kms.

                                      Everytime I gave my bike for service I used too tell about the sound this bike gives and everytime service people node their heads as if they gonna fix but at the end nothing changes except bill of 2k to 3k rs.

                                      During last Diwali time I went for shopping over there suddenly my bike rear wheel brake for struck like something happened at 1500kms and I was shocked because this was second time and I took my bike to showroom over there same reasons and got an bill of 2.5k rs.

                                      Adding to this there would be an feedback call after every service, once i told that the service was not satisfied and do you know what response I got "next time you tell them what problem and they will rectify" I was shocked why you need to have these kinds of feedback calls.

                                      I ride by bike for 25k kilometres in last 1 year and 9 or 10 months and I was really fed up on you and your products and the service you provide.till you sell an product you were telling all words which was very inspiring but once a person got an product your was of dealing things were really bad.

                                      I have give my bike for all services at time i.e. 1.5k, 3k, 6k, 9k, 12k, 15k, 18k, 21k and 25k which was around 9 service and additional I went to service center for 10 to 15 times asking for this is not working, that's not working blah blah blah.. Nothing changed except one is your bills. Till date I have paid around more than 25k just for service.

                                      NOW I WAS REALLY FEARED TO TAKE MY BIKE FOR A RIDE JUST BECAUSE IF IT BREAKDOWN SOMEWHERE HOW TO OVERCOME THAT..?

                                      DO YOU KNOW SOMETHING I HAVE STARTED CANVASING PEOPLE NOT TO BUY ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS AS THE QUALITY WAS WORST OF KIND.

                                      IF ANYONE REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND ITS QUALITY REVERT BACK ON THIS ISSUE.

                                      I GONNA POST THIS ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES JUST TO MAKE SURE NONE OF CUSTOMER IS GONNA HAVE SAME ISSUES.

                                      NOW I AM PLANNING TO SELL MY BIKE. DUE TO PRODUCT QUALITY

                                      If anyone is really concerned about the product they sold let me know
