Hello,
I want to raise complaint against showroom regarding the delay of bike registration. I have taken bike from whitefield showroom bangalore (Delivery. Royalenfield.com). Its been already 1 month since i have taken my vehicle and still tr is not provided, road tax receipt not been given for the bike and number registration has not been done.
People in the showroom are so negligent to provide the details or proper response...

It’s enfield 500 cc squadrent blue and it’s fuel pump crack down 2 time in 2 year. When first time they changed i have informed that it might go crack again due to high pressure fuel jet and now this time again it happens so i sent a mail to customer care enfield and no reply.😩 i think india ruined the brand name of enfield by his worst service and parts....

REG No : KA51HB6093 - Purchase Date 19/03/2018 Color - Blue . Second Time Fuel Pump Damage/Leakage after its change on Jan 2019. I think its Manufacturing Defect which They are fooling people. What shall i do ? Please advise. As when i called to Customer Care center they are telling its 10 Months now so its already many month so please replace it. i said its Fuel PUMP its matter....

Issue is same again at 20000kms and just within an year.

I Am very Loved Person of RE bikes, with same Interest, I we ordered new Bike Bullet X350 ES colour regal red, in the month of september i was told 45 days is the buffer time for getting the bike .

now its almost 80 days, still i didn't receive my bike. after several complaints return to ([protected]@royalenfield.com) and called customer care also. there was no proper response from team ROYAL ENFIELD

Hi, i gave my bike for general service on 19th oct in velavan motors re service center in thousand lights chennai. After that, there are lot of issues raised like
The doom light (Low beam) was not working,
The front brake was miserably failed, and
There was noise in the rear brake. So i gave my bike for 1st complaint and also i raised my concern in re customer care on nov 9th.

I had purchased a standard 350 abs bullet black from your showroom at intrepid works, palakkad on 12/10/19 near my office. The vehicle was registered at alapuzha on 2/11/2019 (Rc attached). Hi, never expected these kind of things happen with royal enfield. Servce guys have changed my battery when i have given my vehicle for the self start issue. When they said there is an issue with the battery got it checked at the amaron battery center and there is no issue with the battery and the same has been conveyed to the technician and asked to check for any other technical issues with the vehicle related to self start. After 2-3 days...

5/12/2019 i given my bullet standard 350 for my 5th paid service.
Sai ram autocraft service (Royal enfield) service center. Address: no. 102, 1, outer ring rd, kamadhenu nagar, b narayanapura, mahadevapura, bengaluru, karnataka 560016. They put oil quantity 1850ml only. I could't see the oil level. And the asked them, then they miss behave with me. After the mechanic started my bullet without oil infront of me. I felt very bad experience....

I bought a standard bullet from your perinthalmanna ponniyakursi showroom. One employee named jithin compelled me to purchase the crash guard from outside your showroom. He said me that this same product will get you in cheap rate from outside. They can fit the fitting in 5 minutes. We will take half an hour. So you go there, i should contact them. The employee behaved badly with me for not to buy the original product from your showroom....

My name is jyothish from kerala. I have booked an interceptor 650 baker express in your showroom and i paid the full amount ₹3, 20, 910 on nov 28th. The same vehicle is arraived in the showroom on nov 15th and we mutually agreed to deliver the vehicle after dec 17 as i am an nrk.
Unfortunately yesterday i (My friend who booked for me) received a call from the showroom that the vehicle had a manufacturing defect...

Velavan motors - thousand light damaged my petrol tank but not yet replace my petrol tank. He is agree to damaged my product but not replaced

We are follow up with dealer they are dont give any response.. Pls help to get the damaged petrol tank to new petrol tank at the earliest..

My royal enfield standard 350 2018 model bike got fuel tank leakage problem after one year of purchase. I went to service center (North delhi motorcycle, rithala) on 17th nov-19. They told me that fuel tank need to replace but they don't have it in spare right now. Miss gunjan sharma told me that within 7 days fuel tank will deliver to us and we will call you then get it replaced free of cost as it is in warranty. But today its 3rd dec, 2019...
