My new (1 week old) re classic 350 black just after 6 days of purchase there was a breakdown problem, service guys charged battery for 2 hrs. Later within 10 min again the problem repeats. Now the other service center guy says fuel flow is blocked, need to check the fuel tank. Such a worst experience i had with this bike. Kindly take necessary actn

    This is the second time i have been asked by the service provider that chain sprocket of my re bullet needs to be changed earlier they changed the same citing the same issue and now again they are repeating the same thing.
    I wonder if re genuine parts are this much inferior that need to be changed even before 10000kms of run and that too after regular vehicle service from re certified service provider.
    Please do the needful.
    My service provider is rr automobile indore m. P.

      Sir,
      I'm a owner of royal enfield electra (K. L38e2253). It run only 41000now. Every services done at the autherised service centre. Toda i give to the service centre (Veliyath motors, thodupuzha). They said vechicle have some engine problems like complaints in sprag, bearing etc. So i have to pay rs. 16000in order to correct the issue. Sir my question is it is ashame on a big vompany like royal enfield have this kind of issue like vechivle have engine problem within 40000k. M. How can a person can trust royal enfield when this kind of issue exist. Kindly note this issue and i request you to do something in this issue to ressolve that. I'm looking gorward to hearing from you in the near guture.

        Hi
        1st issue - i purchased a bullet 350 abs - black on[protected] from ashtavakra auto pvt. Ltd. Ludhiana. I gave my bike for repair and service on[protected] after met with minor accident and there service personnel (Vicky) told me that it take approx 2 days to complete the process. But till date they retain my bike and demanding labour charges. Behavior of their service personnel is unprofessional. I have been repeatedly trying to reach them on phone to enquire about the status but they don't even pick the call. I also visit 2 times but no issue resolved.

        2nd issue - agency personnel told me to give rc of the bike within 1 month but today almost 2.5 months passed away but they did not answered properly and not complete my bike documents.

        Please solve my issues as soon as possible because i want my bike back soon.

          Hello,
          This is abhilash lazarus n,
          Issue with the royal enfield taurus motors vanasthalipuram, hyderabad staff and the management.
          I booked royal enfield interceptor 650 mark three on dated 17-jan-2019.
          Since april i happen to contact them quit often about the status of my vehicle, but the response was that mark three (Colour) is unavailable.

          On 28-sep-2019 again when i asked them, november 8th is a special day for me and if its possible to get my preferred colour bike on that day but they told mark three colour has indefinite waiting period and i have to chose from some other colour which is with them.
          If this is the case why did they asked me to book the vehicle in advance for my option of colour?
          They even given the quotation for interceptor 650 baker express and asking me to take that which is not my preference.

          On 08-oct-2019 when i visited royal enfield vvc automobiles, they have interceptor 650 mark three available so, i booked that bike again with them.

          On 09-oct-2019 when i went back taurus motors to cancel my previous booking for they do not have my preferred colour, suddenly out of no where mark three is available and it is ready if i want it...
          How is that possible?? If so, why have they not informed me?

          Now they say it is available and begged not to cancel booking and they will provide it on 08-nov-2019.

          I told them that i am banking with hdfc so i am going for loan with them, they asked me to go with some other bank which they have some dealings but i took my one banking.

          On 2-nov-2019 loan was approved from hdfc bank,
          When i contacted taurus motors manager on 3-nov-2019, he told that their warehouse was closed for festival season so, they are waiting for engine no and the chassis no. For documentation to be done and by next noon it will be ready which is 04-nov-2019.
          That went to next noon which is 05-nov-2019 and next noon 06-nov-2019
          I asked him if he is lying that vehicle is available, cause it will be delayed delivering the bike on 8-nov-2019 and you will blame the bank last hour but he told it is in the warehouse and workers are sorting out all the stock. And the manager promised he will make sure that it will be done.
          I even told him that i am getting calls from vvc automobiles saying that vehicle is ready and when am i coming to purchase.
          This manager repeatedly lied saying its available and made me to pay the down-payment so that he can issue invoice and other required documents.

          On 7-nov-2019 i paid the down-payment, and they told it will take 1 hour to prepare documentation, when i came back after 2 hours, this manager tells me that he was waiting for me and given insurance of the vehicle and asked me to wait for some time so that he will give me other documents, its too late at night so i told i will collect them next morning.

          Next morning at 11 am on 8-nov-2019 when i went to collect the documents they are not yet ready they started doing that while i was there.
          Negligence.
          When i produced them to the bank, i noticed that my name on each document is different. And it got delayed. Finally i could not get my bike on
          8-nov-2019,
          This manager is not in the store that day, if i ask any one else, they seems to be on leave previous days so they do not know what their manager told me.
          And one smart girl came up saying that had i not gone with hdfc bank everything would gone well..
          "as i expected, blaming on bank"
          I happen to know that they received the vehicle on 8-nov-2019 early morning.
          All this while the whole thing is drama..
          Either, royal enfield is encouraging such manipulation or the md of taurus motors vanasthalipuram hyderabad is cheating customers.

          Today 10-nov-2019 i have not yet received my bike but i paid 50, 000/- down-payment and paid insurance on 7-nov-2019 which is in the showroom.

          Taurus motors, vanastalipuram, hyderabad, cheated me very well.

            I have to bring to your attention that my royal enfield classic 350 2014 model chassis no. Me3u3s5c1en140348 logo on the petrol tank has been started to peel of in a few months ago which i have not experienced in my previously used enfield model. Within a span of 5years if this could happen i am really disappointed on the paint and sticker quality as the sticker is inside the clear coat it is not easy to replace with another sticker. Kindly take the issue as a serious concern and kindly do the needful as soon as possible. When contacted the they refused to solve the issue saying after warranty period they cannot do anything.

              I am owning a pegasus edition classic 500 royal enfield. They have promised us that they will be giving us a compensating gift of a bespoke pegasus jacket which means a jacket which is limited edition, but they have provided a khardungla jacket by changing its color to light brown and has removed armour from it. They are just fooling. We are 250 owners in india and to design 250 jackets they took 1 year to fix the color of the jacket because they were having the design of the khardungla jacket of re ready they have just changed its color and has sent to us after almost a year. There is no logo of flying flea making fool like pegasus indian coustmers.

                  Straight to the point:
                  1.)got a bike which was told as a limited edition but get up getting fooled after releasing a bike which resembles it.
                  2.)we fought they saw, they wanted to resolve it, gave a helmet a bag, and it took an year to design a "bespoke"jacket
                  3.)atleast we wanted something that is remembering than a jacket with flaps and number.that too copied from the new model signals which spoiled our limited edition bike's view.

                  People mocked at us after release of "signals" r.e., but we still kept quiet thinking like Jo Hogaya so hogaya...we never wanted something to be thrown at us. They could have made at least the jacket with a different design or pattern or ...something! That's also copied! Seriously?

                  This is my complaint to royal enfield from their limited edition owner "pegasus".

                    Purchased pegasus model from royal enfield in august 2018 and had issues with company after the launching of signals model. Re company committed to provide us pegasus items including pegasus jackets. Now after 1 year company started delivering jackets but as promised jackets are not bespoke pegasus jackets. Pegasus flying flea logo is missing on it

                    Pegasus Flying Flea logo on saddle bags of limited edition Pegasus motorcycle can be clearly seen and one can say these are the bags made for Pegasus but how one can differentiate between simple jacket and bespoke Pegasus jacket without logo ! Royal Enfield keep your eyes and mind open to see what the mess you had done. Once again you cheated your customers.

                      I am ajmal an from kottarakara.
                      I have purchased a re standard 350 bs 4 vehicle on 2018 november and now crossed 12k kmrs. Paid service (Rs.4175) done by yesterday. But i'm not satisfied in the service because of inexperienced technicians at your dealerships.
                      I've already informed a complaint (March onwards) about chain noise and not resolved till date. Yesterday they changed the rear sprocket and rear brake shoes for the same. But noise is there. Today i went there again and informed. Now they says "chain and all sprockets are worned. So need to change the full set of chain and sprockets". Wasted my 2 days and rs.4175. So please take an immediate action and do the needfull. Otherwise i'll go for legal support.

                        I ordered a riding gloves worth rs2000, first of all it took them 10 days deliver it. Second, the size which was a tight fit so, i planed for an exchange.
                        I dropped a mail regarding this, no one revert back, 3 days past i called cc, they said surely will get the response, i waited for 2 more days then again dropped the mail as well as call the cc again they said the same thing i asked her to raise a complain but she didn't do that, just told me to have patience.
                        Now it was 7 days passed, without a response i got frustrated, i called the cc thrashed them after that they registered a complain & assured me i will get response, now its 10 days passed, the complain is as it it.

                        Really pathetic experience.
                        And really very bad customer support.

                          Bike when running then automatically off and more oil will increase and starting problem, but no mechanic say he will can't understand what problem in bike and no good service provide. Plz good service provide for all royal enfield bike because we believe that your best bike royal enfield but now see that bad. And when bike will running then automatically off and bike running then not speed work and more 2-3 man are setting then no power in bike i am more complain in service manager but no clearly good provide my bike here is very bad services it likes very poor 😟

                            I purchased re desert storm from rajahmundry sri ram automobiles on february 2019 and in last week my safety guard was broken at the joint and reached manager mr. Praveen and suggested to send the picture of the broken place. Post that he replied in hilarious way and i'm attaching it in mail, kindly find it.

                            Post that he was claiming it was post sale part and all.. I asked about the genuinity of the product and he was misleading the same.

                            If he wants to make more money he can make it by side business, why to sell the fake ones directly in store.

                            Kindly give an proper solution for the same on priority.. At the moment i'm staying at hyderabad.

                              Hi,

                              I am getting excess heat from engine (Not able to keep my leg in the foot rest without wearing shoes), throughout four of my services (Re authorized service center agara, bangalore), service person told me this issue is common, after i spoke with the other users of thunderbird 350x i realized this is not normal in other bikes, now i went back to service center, they suggested me to raise complaint about the engine failure now, it's been already 10 months since i bought this bike and 4 services also, now they are telling this has some manufacture issue, within two months my insurance will be void, now i want this issue to be resolved completely, but i am not getting proper response from the authorized service providers.

                              The quality of service and the customer problem resolving is very poor..they provide very cheip type and very dirty service in show room..as a owner of a royal Enfield customer i have experienced a very bad quality of service from them..they are not also customer friendly

                                  I bought RE abs signal 350 military model during March 2019. On 29/10/2019 while going back home from my office the bike suddenly stopped and I could not start it. Kick start was done but it remained for 5 minutes. Problems created when head light in put on. Self start was not working. Somehow managed to reach the bike home. Called the RE helpline and the bullet was towed to the service centre on 30/10/2019 to Riders Re service centre in Alappuzha.No update has since been received from the Service centre.

                                    I m sorry to say you that i'm the permanent customer of royale enfield
                                    I have one electra regd. No. Or15r 3659 purchased on 2011, from rourkela dealer and one 350x having regd. No. Od15p7799 purchased on jan 2019 from sreyashri motors, sambalpur dealer.
                                    I have given the 350x for some front shock observer problem the technician of your sambalpur showroom trail it, he does not find out the problem and found the leakage in front brake cable.
                                    But unfortunately the cable is not available in showroom. I am driving the bike without front brake.
                                    I request you to take care of my problem as soon as possible with out any delay in the guarantee period.

                                        I bought a royal enfield standard abs model on[protected] from royal enfield showroom jhajjar, haryana, india. They promissed me to give its number plate and rc within 15 days but today almost 2 months passed away and they did not answered properly and not complete my bike documents. Please give some response and issued number plate and rc as soon as possible.
