First mumbai store llp authorised dealer of royal enfield promised me to provide a discount of 2000 rs. On buying a lot of accessories alone with the bike the total was not visible they just asked me to pay the amount with did not include the discount amount on paying the same and recieving the itemized bill i ce to know the discount was not provided they agreed me to refund the amount and now when i m asking for money they are like we cheat the customer in this way we won't pay you any money

    I had purchased a classic 360 bullet from marikar motors, thrissur, kerala in november 2018 with registration number kl-45-r-9228 under the name of devayani. I had sold off the same on 8th october 2019 to another person. After that enfield customer care from marikar motors and tagz bikes, irinjalakuda keep repeatedly calling me saying its time for service even after i told them i had sold the bike and to update in their system the new owner details. Even then they have called me 7-8 times and it has become a nuisance.

      I have registered a complaint earlier regarding a fuel pump leak and this is the continuation of the same. As the service centre promised me for a free replacement but cheated me at the end telling me that it will cost me around rs.10000/-

      I have taken the bike to a service centre and they are telling that i have to pay for the broken fuel pump. The reason they are pointing out is that, i have used adhesive to seal off the petrol flowing out of my broken fuel pump (The fiber got broken, which is made of really low quality plastic) ander the hot engine. Since i did that not from an authorized service centre, they are asking me to pay for the broken pump. Let me ask you something, when your neareat service centre is 16 km away from yout location and when your fuel pump is leaking all over the hot metal parts of the bike, what should you do? Should you ride the bike with leaking petrol pump to that service centre? Should i have risked my life for getting a fuel pump replaced? I'm sorry, i couldn't do that.

      So i am not planning to pay for the fuel pump and i am going to the court and trust me, this is going to come back to you very soon. Your bike could have easily caused a fire hazard in the middle of the road. Also from my enquiry, i understood that pump breaking and leaking is not an isolated incident. I have already filed a case in the consumer court and we'll see it in court.

        I bought a re gun metal gray bike about three months ago. And after around 2 months the bike didn't start. I tried a lot and finally called royal enfield road side assistance. He charged the battery and bike got started. The same problem has happend again for two times and i called the rsa. But now, i am really vexed of this battery issue. Its not even 4 months and still its irritating me with this battery issue. Now i dont know what to do

          Hello,

          I had booked a continental gt 650 from a royal enfield showroom located in kerala at vytilla on august 1 week, 2019.
          They had promised me to deliver the bike in 2 months but even after waiting for more than 2 months they were not delivering and hence i cancelled the booking on october 1st week, 2019. They said they will give the refund within 15 days.
          Since there was no response from them even after 1 month, i called and enquired. Surprisingly, they had not even initiated the process and said they will do it asap. But even after waiting for more than 2 weeks and calling them up multiple times. I'm still getting a lukewarm response.
          I request the authorities to take the right action against such an inefficient service.

          During servicing got scratch in bike tank in showroom and they are claming that it is already there they have not made it .Actually they do rough servecing .And they also dont allow any customer to stay in service centre

            I bought a re interceptor in the month of may 2019 and since then it has become a matter of concern for me. Not only concern, i feel i've been playing with my life riding it. Within 1 month o[censored]se, there was an instance when the rear brakes brakes failed when i was cruising at a speed of 100kmph. Somehow i had a control over the bike and was able to stop it using front brakes but i got so scared that i didn't ride it for a week. After giving it to cvs motors bangalore, i was given an explanation that there was an error with the abs system and they cleared it. I had to give the bike for more than 3 days but somehow i consoled myself that this wouldn't reproduce. But it was a matter of life and death. Now for past 2 months the front tyre/fork has been wobbling like hell. Find a video attached of the same. Unlike other customers, keeping calm i again went to your service center at cvs motors bangalore and they again kept the bike for 2 days assuring that the vehicle is fixed. Since the area is crowded, i couldn't take a test drive at higher speed and believing the vehicle to be fixed, i got it back yesterday. I took the bike for a ride at an highway today, and it felt that the vehicle is in much worse condition than before. I is wobbling like hell. I am so scared riding this vehicle now, that i have decided not to touch it anymore.
            After spending 3 lakhs and a lot of precious time, i have bought a death machine, which whenever i ride, feels that it might crash anytime.
            The service center has always agreed that yes there is an issue with the bike but unable to fix it. I have a job and i can't spend all my time to a useless bike.
            I am not sure why this issue hasn't come forward from other customers but yes i am very particular about my vehicle. It seems to be manufacturing defect but i am not getting an appropriate solution from your end.
            This is for sure that i am not riding this bike again and that i have trusted you enough and have kept enough calm, but i will not bare the loss of 3 lakhs and won't play with my life and at the same time won't let you play with other riders life too.
            I have informed the service manager of cvs motors horamayu, bangalore that the issue persists in the bike and he has assured me he'll come with an update by tomorrow.
            I am simultaneously moving to the online consumer forum with my complaint.

            My 7 day old bike left me with a breakdown/startup problem on 3rd day from purchase so charged battery at service centre. the next day experienced fuel flow obstruction and today fuel leakage from tank . Disgusted with this. kindly take strict action on these issues. Dint expect such type of disappointment from the great Royal enfield company.

              I would like to inform you that i was visit store in haridwar for first service but i am not happy for service and also they dent in tank in my bullet...
              Which problem i was mentioned in service book but they was not solved it.
              Back try also babble which i mention in service book.
              If this type of service is given by royal enfield then this is my very pathetic experience.

                This is rojes james here i have a complaint against the royal enflied showroom customer care support team, i had put my bike for an insurance claim due to a accident it was tata aig claim an when after the process i get a call from the insurance company telling that the policy of own damage is expired so the claim is rejected, an finally i ended up with paying 13, 618 finally when i went to collect the bike i spoke to the showroom manager an also the service manager who helped to find that the back office customer had informed the customer to renew the policy, but the call was not given to my dad regarding the renewal because my dads number was given an i got the new policy for just 2022 rupees, if it was informed i would have never ended paying 13, 618. So please look into it an give me a solution or either by refunding me.

                an service also took 15 days to get the bike back because the parts issue, an now my tank is leaking because of bad parts quality.

                  My bike got punctured and when i purchased bike they had offered road assistance for 24*7, however from past 2 days they are just asking me to call back again for resolution because the technician is not available it seems (For more than 48hours) now just imagine what would have happeed if iam stuck in some isolated place?

                  Currently the issue is not resolved and i had to travel to office using other means and my work got effected because of the same,

                  I hence i demand the team resolve my issue on priority and compensate me for the mental harassment caused and the time wasted for last two days. Last but not the least they have the worst customer support where they talk to each other while conversing with me

                    I bought my Bullet standard 500 on september 2017. I have rode nearly 20000km now. Within the last 2 years the battery started leaking and left stains all over the gearbox. Now the fuel pump plastic (made of really low quality plastic) is broken and when I start my vike fuel is sprayed all over. This could have led to a major fire hazard, lucky that we found it on time. I don't know whether others are having similar problems. But this is really shameful for such great company. I hope they do something about it. Atleast give a warranty for such Critical parts. They are putting life of the customers on the line.

                      I have purchased Royal Enfield from South Delhi Motors, Okhla on 16 June 2019, didn't get any registration document and RC from the showroom, i have been repeatedly asking them about the documents and they said it will be done on Monday or Tuesday or some other day, As on today South Delhi Motors is permanently closed and and my bike is parked in garrage.
                      Request royal Enfield to help me and take some action against them they have cheated me and as a customer i won't go ever to purchase any product of royal Enfield.

                        My new (1 week old) re classic 350 black just after 6 days of purchase there was a breakdown problem, service guys charged battery for 2 hrs. Later within 10 min again the problem repeats. Now the other service center guy says fuel flow is blocked, need to check the fuel tank. Such a worst experience i had with this bike. Kindly take necessary actn

                          This is the second time i have been asked by the service provider that chain sprocket of my re bullet needs to be changed earlier they changed the same citing the same issue and now again they are repeating the same thing.
                          I wonder if re genuine parts are this much inferior that need to be changed even before 10000kms of run and that too after regular vehicle service from re certified service provider.
                          Please do the needful.

                            I'm a owner of royal enfield electra (K. L38e2253). It run only 41000now. Every services done at the autherised service centre. Toda i give to the service centre (Veliyath motors, thodupuzha). They said vechicle have some engine problems like complaints in sprag, bearing etc. So i have to pay rs. 16000in order to correct the issue. Sir my question is it is ashame on a big vompany like royal enfield have this kind of issue like vechivle have engine problem within 40000k. M. How can a person can trust royal enfield when this kind of issue exist. Kindly note this issue and i request you to do something in this issue to ressolve that. I'm looking gorward to hearing from you in the near guture.

                              1st issue - i purchased a bullet 350 abs - black on[protected] from ashtavakra auto pvt. Ltd. Ludhiana. I gave my bike for repair and service on[protected] after met with minor accident and there service personnel (Vicky) told me that it take approx 2 days to complete the process. But till date they retain my bike and demanding labour charges. Behavior of their service personnel is unprofessional. I have been repeatedly trying to reach them on phone to enquire about the status but they don't even pick the call. I also visit 2 times but no issue resolved.

                              2nd issue - agency personnel told me to give rc of the bike within 1 month but today almost 2.5 months passed away but they did not answered properly and not complete my bike documents.

                              Please solve my issues as soon as possible because i want my bike back soon.

                                This is abhilash lazarus n,
                                Issue with the royal enfield taurus motors vanasthalipuram, hyderabad staff and the management.
                                I booked royal enfield interceptor 650 mark three on dated 17-jan-2019.
                                Since april i happen to contact them quit often about the status of my vehicle, but the response was that mark three (Colour) is unavailable.

                                On 28-sep-2019 again when i asked them, november 8th is a special day for me and if its possible to get my preferred colour bike on that day but they told mark three colour has indefinite waiting period and i have to chose from some other colour which is with them.
                                If this is the case why did they asked me to book the vehicle in advance for my option of colour?
                                They even given the quotation for interceptor 650 baker express and asking me to take that which is not my preference.

                                On 08-oct-2019 when i visited royal enfield vvc automobiles, they have interceptor 650 mark three available so, i booked that bike again with them.

                                On 09-oct-2019 when i went back taurus motors to cancel my previous booking for they do not have my preferred colour, suddenly out of no where mark three is available and it is ready if i want it...
                                How is that possible?? If so, why have they not informed me?

                                Now they say it is available and begged not to cancel booking and they will provide it on 08-nov-2019.

                                I told them that i am banking with hdfc so i am going for loan with them, they asked me to go with some other bank which they have some dealings but i took my one banking.

                                On 2-nov-2019 loan was approved from hdfc bank,
                                When i contacted taurus motors manager on 3-nov-2019, he told that their warehouse was closed for festival season so, they are waiting for engine no and the chassis no. For documentation to be done and by next noon it will be ready which is 04-nov-2019.
                                That went to next noon which is 05-nov-2019 and next noon 06-nov-2019
                                I asked him if he is lying that vehicle is available, cause it will be delayed delivering the bike on 8-nov-2019 and you will blame the bank last hour but he told it is in the warehouse and workers are sorting out all the stock. And the manager promised he will make sure that it will be done.
                                I even told him that i am getting calls from vvc automobiles saying that vehicle is ready and when am i coming to purchase.
                                This manager repeatedly lied saying its available and made me to pay the down-payment so that he can issue invoice and other required documents.

                                On 7-nov-2019 i paid the down-payment, and they told it will take 1 hour to prepare documentation, when i came back after 2 hours, this manager tells me that he was waiting for me and given insurance of the vehicle and asked me to wait for some time so that he will give me other documents, its too late at night so i told i will collect them next morning.

                                Next morning at 11 am on 8-nov-2019 when i went to collect the documents they are not yet ready they started doing that while i was there.
                                Negligence.
                                When i produced them to the bank, i noticed that my name on each document is different. And it got delayed. Finally i could not get my bike on
                                8-nov-2019,
                                This manager is not in the store that day, if i ask any one else, they seems to be on leave previous days so they do not know what their manager told me.
                                And one smart girl came up saying that had i not gone with hdfc bank everything would gone well..
                                "as i expected, blaming on bank"
                                I happen to know that they received the vehicle on 8-nov-2019 early morning.
                                All this while the whole thing is drama..
                                Either, royal enfield is encouraging such manipulation or the md of taurus motors vanasthalipuram hyderabad is cheating customers.

                                Today 10-nov-2019 i have not yet received my bike but i paid 50, 000/- down-payment and paid insurance on 7-nov-2019 which is in the showroom.

                                Taurus motors, vanastalipuram, hyderabad, cheated me very well.

                                  I have to bring to your attention that my royal enfield classic 350 2014 model chassis no. Me3u3s5c1en140348 logo on the petrol tank has been started to peel of in a few months ago which i have not experienced in my previously used enfield model. Within a span of 5years if this could happen i am really disappointed on the paint and sticker quality as the sticker is inside the clear coat it is not easy to replace with another sticker. Kindly take the issue as a serious concern and kindly do the needful as soon as possible. When contacted the they refused to solve the issue saying after warranty period they cannot do anything.

                                    I am owning a pegasus edition classic 500 royal enfield. They have promised us that they will be giving us a compensating gift of a bespoke pegasus jacket which means a jacket which is limited edition, but they have provided a khardungla jacket by changing its color to light brown and has removed armour from it. They are just fooling. We are 250 owners in india and to design 250 jackets they took 1 year to fix the color of the jacket because they were having the design of the khardungla jacket of re ready they have just changed its color and has sent to us after almost a year. There is no logo of flying flea making fool like pegasus indian coustmers.

                                      I am owning a pegasus edition classic 500 royal enfield. They have promised us that they will be giving us a compensating gift of a bespoke pegasus jacket which means a jacket which is limited edition, but they have provided a khardungla jacket by changing its color to light brown and has removed armour from it. They are just fooling.                                         Straight to the point:
                                        1.)got a bike which was told as a limited edition but get up getting fooled after releasing a bike which resembles it.
                                        2.)we fought they saw, they wanted to resolve it, gave a helmet a bag, and it took an year to design a "bespoke"jacket
                                        3.)atleast we wanted something that is remembering than a jacket with flaps and number.that too copied from the new model signals which spoiled our limited edition bike's view.

                                        People mocked at us after release of "signals" r.e., but we still kept quiet thinking like Jo Hogaya so hogaya...we never wanted something to be thrown at us. They could have made at least the jacket with a different design or pattern or ...something! That's also copied! Seriously?

                                        This is my complaint to royal enfield from their limited edition owner "pegasus".
