Jogbala motors ajmer (Raj) was forget to issue me the service book when i buy the classic 350. My name is khatun bano w/o munshi khan and now i need to servicing my bike the company arguing me to give 900 rupees for booklet but its not my fault its company's fault so i cant give thousand rupees for booklet so i requesting you please give me my booklet...

I bought a royal enfield standard abs model on[protected] from royal enfield showroom jhajjar, haryana, india. They promissed me to give its number plate and rc within 15 days but today almost 2 months passed away and they did not answered properly and not complete my bike documents. Please give some response and issued number plate and rc as soon as possible....

Local break shoe used highly dissatisfied
Royal Enfield is a big brand and it's my dream bike but I don't know what types of parts they are using Local break shoe used . It's big international chain so why you are using local parts and accessories very bad experience poor and low class service Very disappointed that is the reason peoples are saying old model is good...

I had met with an accident a month ago with my royal enfield stealth black 500, reg no : kl 25l 124. As i have insurance claim i take my bike to riders motors royal enfield showroom in alappuzha, kerala. They told me to give my vechile within 3 weeks, and now its me more than a month!
So kindly take proper action regarding this matter.

On the delivery day onwards my bullet back tyre was wobbling and alignment was not correct. We said the complant on the first service. After few days the same complant happened so the sivaji motors kayimanam service centre tvm said that not replace. Only rust happened only they will replace other wise not replace it. I purchased royal enfield thunderbird 350x on april 2019 from lamba enterprises, tilak nagar, new delhi. Since the time of purchase, the bullet has given me numerous problems and i have faced life-threatening situations many times. Even after contacting the service centre, i wasn't helped.
The wheel's screws open automatically, the brake makes eerie sounds, the engine makes a gargling sound, the rear tyre's air gets out automatically...

We buy bullet electra x, on the delivery day onwards the back tyre was shivering the alignment was not correct we tell about this in the first service period of 500 km. Maine apni bike service karwai thi uske baad se kat kat awaz kar rahi hai dubara se mai same day gaya to unhone bataya wheel ka jal dhila hai iska charge padega tabhi bike kar kat wawaz band hogi. Pata nahi unhone kya dekha. Aine unse kaha ki kaha free service period time me to free service hoti hai to unhone miss behave kiya

No proper recieving to the customers, i persoally waited for 50 mins to some one talk to me... Including manager ashok also not seen responsible...
The techniquestions just manage ing the issue just at that point of time but not resolving the problem isssues actually...
Beacuse of these worst service experiance, its becomeing like iam suggesting my friends not to go with royal enfield...
None of them in the center takeing...

Information provided was not followed and delayed. As said bike will be delivered within 10days (Booking date:24/09/2019, place: anna nagar rudra motors, bike model: re thunderbird 350 stone black) with registration number. Now 4 weeks passed and no information processed. So, we are about to collect the finance amount paid prior and we are about to book any other bike....
