@royalenfield its very worst experience i have faced ever with re service. My re classic 350 got flat tyred and wobbles at 3.00 am in the morning and i am waiting for almost 10 hours, still they saying the tow vehicle will reach within 10 mins. Is it the right way to treat a customer service. Its irritating so much. When i called crane service its not picking the call. Tried again and again for almost 20 times to roadside assistance.in the morning they said the tow vehicle support is not picking the call.
Its 24/7 and the tow vehicle is taking almost 10 hrs to reach my location? That to i am nearby 20kms the enfield showroom. Still they not found a way to send the tow vehicle.
Almost i spend 10 hrs in middle of the road waiting for your road side assistance. It's irresponsible.

    Sir, i am rajan joseph booked classic 350 at pinnacle showroom thrissur kerala on december 2015. They told me vehicle is booking now so they will inform me once the vehicle gets ready. So far no calls from pinnacle motors about my bike. Recently knew that. They closed dealerships and i asked to get my booking amount. But they are not ready to give my money back. Plz do the needful.         My name is navin thakur. I had given my royal enfield thunderbird 500 with licence plate 6974 for service at ishna wheels vile parle on 18th of august 2019.

        They have opened up and serviced the fuel injection system, the fuel pump and many more unnecessary things on sunday 18th august 2019 at the ville parle center which was not required. The bike was working perfectly fine before i gave them for service.

        It is common sense for any service center to not touch the fuel injection system until customer is complaining of either fuel consumption being high or not enough speed and power in bike. There were no such issue and it was a regular service which was turned into a nightmare by ishna wheels vile parle authorized service center.

        Since the date of my purchase of bike 25th september 2017 my bike is being serviced at ishna wheels ville parle and i am an extended amc customer with them too. This is my 8th service with ishna wheels in past 2 years.

        First service they forgot to tighten the main handle column nut and it almost came loose and in my hand while riding the bike on a highway at the speed of 60 kms an hour. It could have lead to a life threatening accident. I still let that go.

        Second service and fourth service after every service i had to go back and tell them that the chain is extremely loose and needs to be tightened. Again bike was always sent back to me without propper checking.

        However after the current service the bike did not start and they were unable to resolve the issue for 7 days. Everyday they would tell me, today some service advisor is taking it home for a long drive to check and someday some other service advisor is taking it to home for test drive.
        But every time next day they would say we had to tow the bike and get back to service center.

        On 25th august after trying to resolve the issue for 7 days, they have told me after 7 days that battery needs to be put new and pump relay has to be put new.

        In the service on sunday 18th august 2019 they charged me 5000 for service plus parts and now 4000 more for battery and fuel pump relay. I gave them a go ahead and paid upfront as i had no other option but to get it done hoping this will resolve the issue.

        The bike was given to me on 25th august and still has some minor niggles related to service done by ishna wheels.

        1. If the service advisor and the mechanics are incompetent and are not trained for servicing a 500 cc bs4 engine then they should not have touched the sensitive parts like fuel injection system and fuel pump. A basic service would have sufficed.

        2. It took them 8 days to figure out it was a battery issue. How dumb can a service center can be?

        3. There are serious quality issues and i don't understand how royal enfield or eicher motors have authorised ishna wheels to be an authorised service center when they can't fix simple issues in 8 days forget the other audit and compliance issues i see there.

        I had emailed the director twice mr. Yash tolani for help when everyone was clueless what the issue could be. But i was told by the service head mr shoib that mr. Yash was under some surgery and hospitalized and couldn't answer. So i was left at the mercy o[censored]ntrained staff of ishna wheels.

        I have my bike back from them and will find a better service center to get my bike in perfect condition again.

        But i hope some action is taken against ishna wheels and other royal enfield bike owners don't fall prey to them.

          Hi,

          Can someone explain me what all service includes in free service, becoz my bill for first visit was higher then the second visit. What would be the reason??
          On my first visit i said the supervisor whatsoever comes in free service all service to be done, and by good luck i said the same on my second visit, though service centre were different. First one was in indiranagar-bengaluru and second one was in koramangala. Is there anything that two service centre charges two different rates?? To be honest i was not very comfortable to ride my bike after first service, not only that supervisor was bit tough in talking. Where here in koramangala he was very hospitable, and for sure if time permits i would like to visit koramangala service centre only, but i am still awaiting for my query which i must get an answer.

            thunderbird 350x /, caliper, problem heating problem brake jam problem

            I Buyed thunderbird 350x in 2018, 21 april, since i have buyed the bike i am facing the problem from 1st day, problem where, 1st problem ... handle was very tight and was going on one side, 2nd. Shokers were making sound, 3rd. When i took bike from service whole body was shaking and vibrating and sound was very irritating, and after 2 months i am facing problem of engine heating, rear tire getting jam while riding for 10 km only and break...

            Myself sgt. Amar singh. I have purchased royal enfield classic abs black motorcycle on dated[protected] under csd from kishori automobiles khanna (Ldh), punjab.
            I have paid all the necessary expenses incluiding rc charges to agency representatives at the time of delivery. I have fulfill all the compulsory documentary formalities including csd and high security plates etc.
            Agency representatives has not provided rc to me till date.
            They are pretending in different ways...
            Kindly help me regarding the above issue...

              I purchased the signal 350 from abc motors tirur, malappuram, kerala on 02/05/2019. Since its first service, there have been frequent complaints. Missing while running is one of the most frequent complaints. For that i have to serve it three times and for a while it will be okay and then again it will be a problem. I get around 100 kms (Tirur kozhikode) every day. Even today when i am coming from kozhikode to tirur, the same problem arises. But there has been no action taken to resolve my issue seriously, including the service manager. Eventually, i returned without putting the cart there.
              This kind of approach is so bad from the service of the royal enfield with good will. So i request you to find a solution soon.

                On 18th aug/2019, i got very arrogant response at paragon service center staff.

                When we called them as there response around 12:30 pm to confirm to take my bike for servicing. Paragon service center girl told my wife that yes we can come by 1:30 pm our service center keep open till 2:30 pm. According we have reached by 1:35 pm. When i reached at service center pickup guy name pratek told us that no we can't take bike as we are already closed and no service eng available now. He went to speak service desk girl. She told him that we can do bike serving but pratek keeps forcing her to accept that we can't take bike after 1 pm until she accepted in front of the customer.

                When i went to check with manager (Raj). Pratek came there as well to explain him in his favor. And manager not at all show interest in customer to listen him. No one bother to apologies for there internal staff miss communication. Which causes unnecessary visit to service center.

                Is this the way paragon service center staff interacts with their customers?
                That makes big question for me as a customer to visit to paragon service center from next time onward..

                After lots of people opposing to purchasing and servicing my dream bike from paragon tradors, i still purchased and taking bike regularly for servicing at paragon traders.

                Paragon tradors management must teach their staff of service center to teach how to accept if someone from your side give wrong commitments, neither to show and feel your customers like they are speaking lie with you.

                Sorry to say, but i am very much disappointed with the behavior of the customers of paragon tradors service center staff specially pratek or praveen, customer calling for servicing girl and raj.

                  Day before yesterday my byk got service by navy motors they pick my byk and drop after service i was not in home but when i come to home byk was same as I left at home
                  And I call to navyug motor they said we will come but 3 days past now still no one come very bad service
                  Ashamed for company like royal Enfield

                  I send snap as well that byk had same part as before even front tyre rim is also inbalance but no response

                    I had a bike of royal enfield purchase on 5 aug 2015 from purnea link motors. The insurance is done by the showroom, after that consiquitviley 2years i had done the insurance on time by the jai guru motors katihar, but previous year i done the insurance outside the show room. But this year i again bouught the insurance from jai guru motrs. But the date mention on the insurance was wrong i asked them but the refuse to corect them and bleming on me that due to previous year insurance from outside it happen. Wat can i do

                      This is mr. R. Selvakumar from chennai, i bought re 350x on 30.09.2018. Since i bought the bike i had the issue of engine blocking which i complained during each of the free services rendered till date. After each service my issue of engine blocking has not been addressed properly even i complained on and off regarding the issue to my dealer but i couldn't fined a good solution. Please have look at my job card nos: 2491, 4050, 6300, 9072 to know about the issue."since re my passion i bought re the second time next to my classic 350". But i am totally very upset since it is waste of fuel, money and my time etc..., also totally fed up considering my bike. Re being my passion i expect a good reply also a good solution to get rid my issue regarding engine blocking.

                        On 08/08/2019, i had repaired a royal enfield desert storm 500cc. I made this purchase at shree mahadev agency sector 10 noida, 26/aug/2014 unfortunately, your product has not performed well because of engine sound, oil leakage, and self-starting issue and so on. The same was report to your manager after using the vehicle.

                        After purchase, my bike has gone to service center many times except service for major repair even i had not to ride my bike much only 5800 km (Five thousand eight hundred only) till now.

                        Now i am showing only a few details of last four-month bills:

                        Service history and amount of recent services:

                        1. Reason: engine raise voice and oil leakage

                        Bill amount: 20, 000 (Twenty thousand only).

                              I have got fine on my bike number which is another bike with same number plate and i find this very risky i don't know the other guy who has the same number plate of my bike i don't want to take any kind of risk with the stranger i request rto to see after my issue and take as soon as possible action against this i have the honda activa and the stranger with same number plate have royal enfield

                                My bike is two and half year old were i have got problem in engine... Were i have given bike for service in cvs horamavu bangalore service center dealer of re it been 45days still they are telling spares not received... I have been tried of going often and planning not to take my bike back... Investing 2lakh and getting this type of product and service never expected... Re worst service

                                  My gunmetal classic 350 cc is completed 7000 km 3rd service is done. Recent days i have experienced an issue that when bike is in moving condition it automatically stops. The fuel tank has close to 6 ltrs of fuel and set the fuel nob to on. I immediately changed the fuel nob to reserve and the bike started running as usual without any problems. Then i changed the fuel nob to on and bike started working for say 2 to 3 kms and then bike started to stop. I had to immediately move the fuel nob to reserve for it work.

                                  Note: the bike never stopped when it is in reserve mode.

                                  Why am i facing this issue? Any suggestions or fix?

                                    My tbx 350shows missfiring ...like out of fuel while running in heavy rain or after wash...now my vehicle is about one year old and ran for 17000 km ...and I m doing service in every 3000km with oil change ...o am very much disappointed about this issue ...spending almost 2lakh ..and in return I m getting this kind of rubbish ...and I m owning a 1999 bullet also ..my brother is planning to buy a new also ..how can I recommend ...pls tell me the solution...pls don't tell to go to service center ...they are not at all serious about this and telling this they are getting so many complaints like this. ..how bad is it for u ...u r own people is telling like this ...I need a complete solution ...

                                      Im mithun from calicut kerala, i owned thunder 350x nearly 6 months old and also under warranty. When raining happens here i cant ride my bike because water entered into the rider seat through the stitched mark and after some time when we pressed the seat large water drops are coming and ruined my clothes i cant ride my vehicle without rain suites even if it is not raining what can u do from your side regarding the issue.
