Just been an 32 buying my classic 350 and 15000 kms have crossed. Now my chain sprocket is broken but i neither ride my bike harsh nor i take it to hills and i maintain my bike properly and serviced as per company instructed. I would like to book a serious complaint against this for providing low quality products for bike Another complaint is gear shifting noise and hard which is like a 03 year old bike very noisy and irritating. There three complaints are common among the customers whom i had discussed with, these complaints made me to dislike royal enfield, the important thing is the service center's doesn't care this as a problem. So i am complaining about this on all consumer support pages. Either i[censored] don't find any help i will directly deal with my lawyer in consumer court and u have no other go.

    Good Afternoon,

    I am Ravi and i have Roral Enfield Thunderbird 350. recently i met with small accident which caused my bike Handle bar and Frame issue. I gave my bike to service center i.e Go Green Motors Gachibowli, hyderabad on may 5 2019 and the drama started.

    They followed up with my insurance company guy and they came to a conclusion and updated me after around 10 days that small welding is required and no need to change bike frame. I checked with them multiple times whether it is going to cause any impact or like that and they assured me that everything will be resolved and no issues will be left.

    After so many followups and requests i got my bike delivered on 31 may 2019 where i paid all the money i.e 5, 308 and took delivery but when i start my bike i noticed that nothing was resolved and still issue with my Handle and front fork is existing i wondered how they delivered my bike without resolving issue.

    I approached the showroom person there itself and asked them to check my bike as the issue is not resolved and no one is ready to check my bike as the person who wrote job card is on long leave so i approached manager there name Suresh and after some discussions they realized as my bike was not completely fixed and took my back and assured me that they will deliver my bike next day which never happened and i got my bike only after 10 days.

    now its been 8 days o[censored]sing i came to know that my bike handle is not moving properly towards right side and unable to lock either. As right side it is struck so the left side its damaging my fuel tank with a dent. Also my speedo meter glass is damaged with some battery water and not accepting that it is their issue.

    I want my bike to be resolved and i never expected that company authorized service center will be this much pathetic and unprofessional.

      DEAR SIR,
      I am the owner of Vehcile No.DL11A2444 and I can go to South Delhi Motorcycles (D-145, Pocket D, Okhla I, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi, Delhi 110020) for first service (on dated 15/06/2019) of my above said vehcile with new condition.

      That after service i can go to above said company for take back my vehcile and i see my vehcile's engine cover are black with dark spot.

      That after see of my vehicle i was meet manager/director and i say to manager my engine cover was black please check CCTV camera but manager told me his company CCTV camera was not working.

      please resolve my problem as soon as posible.

        Booked a Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 on Dec 29th and expected delivery was 3-4 months which was then pushed to June 1-8th and then 8-14th and now dealer says the vehicle is not provided yet from royal enfield company and it would take another 2-3 weeks. So, waiting time from 3-4 months went to 6 months?? Regret the decision to preferring RE over other competitors...

          I've been riding my classic gunmetal grey royal Enfield from past 1and half year..after 4months..the chain set of bike suffered with extra noise..Every time I've taken my bike for service to showroom. They assure me that from now onwards the chain set will not make that extra sound because of loose chainset. Recently I went to showroom for service just after 2-3days again the same with chain set started. I am seriously fedup and upset with the bike, showroom and company.

            Docket no.[60725424], iam a receiver my parsal arrived from mumbai & maunath bhanjan is late to deliver my order.
            Azamgarh my city. Maunath bhanjan to azamgarh 40. Km away.
            Maunath bhanjan received my parsal 08.05.2019 but still not delver my parsal.. Engine oil 210. 5 drum in myparsal is a heavy parsal not small.
            I raised to complaint maunath bhanjan.

            When I get the bike they said me they will send the staff for servicing but still now I have not did my service my bike I can't take my bike to servecing canter because it very far away from my City around 270km in our City around 20 to 25 bike are their they also didn't get service so we are so dispoint about the service.

              I bought a new RE Himalayan bs4 in April 2019. I have clocked about 3500kms now.

              I have ridden the bike as mentioned in the manual which is until first 500kms the bike should be run within 60kmph. Got the 1st service done at 490kms.

              Post 1st service I have been riding the bike within 80kmph as suggested in manual until 2nd service/5000kms.

              I had taken my bike to Mumbai from Bangalore, ridden within the mentioned speed limit which is 80kmph. When I was heading back from Mumbai the bike started getting heating issues. The engine used to get stopped due to excess heating issue. I had to stop the vehicle once in every 80-100kms for about good 40mins for the engine to cool down the post which I had to continue my journey. On the way when checked with the RE service center the technician informed me that there could be an issue with Head assembly and the bore. He said please reach back home and leave the bike at service center to get it fixed. When asked how come there would be engine issue in the bike which has just run for 3k kilometers. He said Himalayan bs4 has issues and they have been getting a lot of bikes for the similar issues in the recent past. I acknowledged and left the service center towards Bangalore.

              When about to reach Bangalore the engine stalled in the Highway and it never started post which I called RE Road Side Assitance. They sent a technician to check. Post his inspection he stated that there is an issue with the engine and bike would not start until we dismantle the engine to check the fix the issue.

              I had to tow my bike until home. Next day morning I went to the RE service center to get the bike fixed it has been 4 days now. All that RE service center had to say till today is they are still trying to understand where the issue is and they will then send an email with the issue to the RE head office to get an approval to change the head assembly if required.

              How could a new engine which is run for only 3500kms stall? Is this what you serve your customers for 2.49lacs?

              Sir I'm purchase classic 350 before 40 days ago and now on second service it's should be big problem of fuel leakage and there manager suggest to me to change fuel tank. Then tell me that who responsible to these problem because it is your product quality failure.

                I was one of the customer of royal Enfield. I purchased my bike on 5th of April 2019
                Aftr. 1st service i saw that the engine oil is leakage.. From the engine block. Aftr that i visited to the service center. (Asco motors anand vihar patparganj industrial area) I dont know what they had done in first service. they didnt solved my problem.and make bill of 2100. For this problem. Please do something.

                  Facing clutch slippage since day one reported workshop many times but everytimethey assured that clutch has been adjusted now at 8000 Kms workshop told me that clutch is slipping and you have to replace it it is not covered in warranty and you have to replace clutch on payment basis. I wrote to them but they are not responding promptly. Even after mails my issue still persists

                    My self sudhir kumar mishra. I have purchased a new bike classic 350 abs with road side assistant worth 850 rs. But whenever i need help for road side assistant they are not help me ever. Actually my bike had puncher yesterday and i called him. They told me for wait 1 hour approx. I was waiting there 2 hour no one call me in this case. after this i call him again so they tell me for wait me 2 hour more. Still i wait there 4 hour but no one help me in this case to royal enfield roadside assistance. If royal enfield can not be able to provide roadside assistance services then why they charge us.

                      I had given my bike for service in R.R.Nagar Bangalore branch. Everytime they ask me to change the chain or sprocket. My bike has not even crossed 18k km. Is the quality of sprocket is Soo cheap or the service people are fooling us?
                      When I questioned this to a representative by name Mr. Arun in the branch I was abused by foul language. Need a resolution for this

                        I buy Thunderbird 350 BS4 bike on April 2017.
                        Still now 6100 km only drive
                        Before my last service my bike mileage is minimum 29km/liter in city
                        I done a bike paid service in kanchipuram branch (

                        Plot No : 131 & 132, N.H - 4, Vellai Gate, Angala Parameshwari Nagar, Kancheepuram - 631502) on 25/05/2019 regarding mileage issue.

                        In Royal Enfield service centre service engineer clean a carburater and inspect all part.
                        All are good

                        After service my bike mileage is reduced to 17km /litre and black smoke also producing.

                        I go to service center several time but still not response.

                          I am having royal enfield 500cc classic.I T HAS run around 13000km. suddenly only last week i noticed many sprocket teeth broken.We are having other brand two wheelers used by my family members most of them have crossed 40000km yet not come across this problem. Having invested huge sum for this classic 500cc i am terribly dissapointed and i feel cheated. kindly take up the matter and get this resolved. thanking you

                            Word experience with your company.
                            I booked a bike Himalayan sleet and they said in a week times it will be delivered...I said ok.
                            Then they said it will be confirmed by next day of booking that what will be the exact date when it will be delivered..

                            They never called ...

                            I kept calling and nobody bothered to respond or answer and later in the week they kept saying will let you know... tomorrow...
                            Then yesterday after 13 days when I called and said if they won't confirm it then I will cancel it...and they said ok.

                            No appologies Nothing...no respect... behaviour was worst as if I am taking it for free...
                            They said
                            Will conform this afternoon...14th day.

                            I called they said it's taking time it's in manaser and it's being inspected...that's ok..
                            But then they said . sorry...

                            Preeti from showroom said manaser depot lied to her and is not answering the call..so she lied to me...and was laughing and said I can cancel.the booking if or else select snow white or Granit but I booked sleet...why do royal Enfield made Himalayan sleet version when do t have sleet to be delivered...I need responses...I will go to higher authorities...

                              I was one of the customer who own a Royal Enfield TB350. Recently I gave my bike for 5th service in “Sri Velan Motors” Alapakkam and I specifically told them that I have the following problem with my bike:
                              • Engine Noise after 30Km continuous drive
                              • Low beam light doesn’t work
                              The service engineer forced me to take bike polish which I denied.
                              Today I went to take my bike and I was initially told that the bulb was replaced as it was gone and no other information about the wiring, when I escalated to next level they said there was a short-circuit and wiring was also changed. This they said after I forced them as I checked the bulb condition before giving the bike for service. When I checked the bulbs was fine and just the wiring was gone due to short-circuit. My question to RE corporate office (Do service centers mention the wire replacement under warranty in Job card?) if so they did not mentioned in my case and fooled me saying that problem with just the bulb.
                              Secondly I specifically told the engineer that I don’t want polish which he added after I left the premises and charged Rs.1180 which is out of my budget. Looks like the service center charge people to earn money and not to care about their customers.
                              No wonder you lose business due to customer satisfaction. All media says that RE lost the sales due to JAWA, but that’s not the case, you guys lose business due to poor customer service. If you are not taken any action and resolve my issue then I am sure to share this email and experience with all my followers in Blog, FB, WhatsApp, Insta and Tweeter to not to give their bikes in RE authorized service center.
                              I spent Rs.3557 for nothing and wasted my money for the 5th service.

                                service labour charges

                                Dears,

                                I recently serviced my continental gt535 @s. R motors nagarbhavi bangalore. I had a problem in engine and at first they estimated it to 35k for repairs which shook me completely. Later the service was done and they said it was 22k i was little relieved and paid the bill however later they said they forgot to bill a component bought outside and billed manually instead of e bill to 7k so my total service cost ended up...

                                I have booked classic 350 gun grey on may 25th. The dealer promised me to deliver the bike within 20 days. But even after 35 days there didn't deliver the bike.
                                When i call them they say that the delay is from the company side.
                                The dealers keep on saying a date each time i call. They don't have any value for their word
                                Please deliver me the bike asap.

                                  This is to inform you that i bought a royal enfield bike on[protected] from asco motors patparganj delhi and that has been stolen from the parking place on 29-05-19 at 4:00 am.

                                  I am really surprised to see the quality of the locking system which royal enfield is using in all the classic 350 bikes. The quality is very poor and can not believe that how a person whose weight is not even 50kg, broke the lock in an easy way and stolen my dream bike. This is very shameful and putting a big question mark "?" on the quality and the safety system.
                                  The amount which royal enfield is taking from the customer is very high and you are giving them just a 2 or 2.5 inches lock for the safety.

                                  In india, lacs of people are royal enfield lovers but you are an irresponsible company who is playing with their emotions and concentrating on making money only.

                                  This is not just feedback, this is a warning to royal enfield (Unit of eicher motors) to refund the full amount as soon as possible or else i am forced to go legal and to show your face in front of the indian public.

                                    I bought the classic 350 from rajnandgaon in november 42018, which i bought that car in cash and i gave it in my id proof for the entry of the aadhar card and pen card rc book, but my father's name was wrong in that and i still have i was not given a rc book and i am moving around the show room, did it promptly, so that i do not have any mental problem?

When i purchased my bike some small checks & blocks on the engine on the bike. I complained at the delevery time for this defeat and the delevery man & authorised advisor of showroom commitment me to solve the problem on bike service but this problem are not solved on 4th service after 10 months. I request in showroom but they denied because the authorized member who committee me, those left the showroom.
