Hi i have done my bike service at erukancheri AKG motors i have changed my bike clutch wire but it is not at all come for one month now it is damaged while driving it cautious accident. Royal Enfield is such big trusted brand but u guys are so lethargic in customer safety now i came for same service centre they not even listen what o am saying and taking too much time to change and now i paid again for labour and wire cost is this faire? Not at all..

    I have booked a bike on july 23, 2022 and on the promise of the dealer that the bike would be delivered in 7 to 10 days i paid the booking amount after the payment there was no response from the dealer and neither from the company about delivery i waited for a month and all i got lies from the dealer and the company itself i sent countless mails and there was never a proper resolution still the company is shamelessly ignoring my mails and providing no proper reason for delay
    Kindly help. I hope my complaint would reached to company’s top management

          I have a bike thunderbird 350x with number MH 03 DB 6195.

          Have done servicing of my bike and paid 19000 rs. It’s almost a month and still i have not received my invoice copy on my name. Being a consumer, i have all the rights to ask for invoice otherwise i need my money back.

            Dealer Complaint

            I went to the service center of Royal Enfield to get my motorcycle repaired, And service center neither talk nor give good service
            Its been more than a month but till now i have not got any help...

            I purchased a Royal Enfield Airfly crash guard for almost INR 3800, My bike just fell down at very less speed, it was broken, the company provides a warranty on manufacturing defects but not mentioned about constraints and quality measures of the crash guard, not just me many of the customers are facing same broken crash guard issues, because the clamp which was used in crash guard is of the low-quality clamp, I requested for warranty but without examining the quality of the clamp they are rejecting the request.

            Don't buy these kinds of low-quality products from Royal Enfield.

              Dear Sale / Service Managers,

              I would like to bring one important thing into your notice that, i have baught a Royal Enfield standard vehicle in the month of June from Manmohan Auto station. Unfortunately due to heavy rain in month of aug it got spoil. I visited the manmohan service station paied 4300 inr to resolve the issue. Since that day engine is releasing engine oil due to mistake while re assembling the parts.

              Again i visited after couple of days since observing the issue. I explained them everything, payed them the money again. I came back home.

              I saw it again engine is still releasing engine oil.

              Now my few questions to the higher management :-

              It was my dream to own a standerd Royal. For a person who is from middle class it's a big amt 1.70 lakhs that we pay, which is okay.
              Is your product really that week that it can't be repaired. ?? Or you have deployed people in service who are not skilled enough to treat such issues. ???

              Your product is giving complaints so frequently is in your notice.????

              I paid for first service ...hope everyone does.
              I paid second time, when issues came to seen.
              Second service is not done yet.

              Really it's Roal ...

              Pls some one from higher management call me, i don't have to argue with people from manmohan singh station. I guess they only worth / know ..how to do first service.

                  I have royal enfield desert storm 500 (2015 model). it usually cost me[protected] per service and till now its never been repaired from outside, I have completed 21000 km and since 5-7000 I have never experienced smooth ride ever. even time of service, at service station every time something or the other is changed. but the basic problem remains unsolved, if bike worth rupees 2 lakh has to do this thing, then its a shame on such a reputed company,

                      Very disappointed with service I got from Platinum royal Enfield workshop near Fatimanagar pune. Staff of this workshop is useless. I request the higher authorities to please take some action against the staff. For 30 mins work these staff took my almost 1;30 hours also nothing is available at the workshop. I took my bike servicing. On Saturday one of employee took my details on ### of paper instead of tablet. In the evening staff called me to inform that bike clutch wire is damaged and needs to be replaced so told him to replace in front of me next day. Next day. On Sunday when I arrived to receive my bike techinican said it will take around 45-50 min to replace I said ok. After almost 2-3 hours the bike was ready only the washing was left. But unfortunately there was some problem with shower of washing pipe so the manager told it will take time to replace. So told him that I will. Come next day for washing as I have already wasted my half of the day there... So today when I went fir washing it was only 15 mins work.. But staff took almost 2-3 hours for washing. Almost such a pathetic washing. After washing polish was not available in fact they should told me before washing I would washed my bike outside. Also I there was scratches on bike when. I asked they told it was there before the bike came for servicing. These guys does not accept there failure. Only one thing they know to say SORRY SIR. Bro saying soory does not help needs to take some action... All i want to say these is worst experience... Plz plz take some action against these guys

                        Less than 3 months after spending over 75000 on parts change and repairs, my bike broke down, and I was called with a bill of 13000, asking parts that were changed as soon as last year, to be replaced.

                        this is the message :
                        Gr
                        Self start not working
                        Battery charger relay cheak
                        Wiring harness cheak
                        Ignition switch cheak

                        The kind of imbeciles working at Ishna Vile Parle left me wondering why I travel from Marol, andheri to vile parle, and I'm reminded, it was due to its older management.

                        I insist Royal enfield fix this for free, or I will make a detailed video on social media as to how pathetic and expensive the parts are.

                        I get called by Ishna wheels CRM, he says the parts can't be changed, you have a 2016 bike so it's normal and wear and tear, he was acting dumb when I asked him to escalate and hung up, when I called back he said the senior will call when he arrives, no fixed time.
                        I will upload the call recording and a detailed harassment on twitter and upload link here. The folks working there even advised me to sell the bike, this is how royal Enfield is...totally PATHETIC

                            Dear Sir,
                            When i went to the Royal Enfield Showroom to get details of the bike "Royal Enfield Army Green Colour " sales person told me that the same edition's manufacturing is being stopped by the company itself, so due to lack of time and stoppage in the production of the that color ( as said by the sales person ) they insist me to buy the Royal Enfield Classic 350 steal black (which was Rs.6000 expensive then the Army Color.
                            And due to lack of time i have to buy the same.
                            Later few months after, a saw another person has bought the Army color and Company is still manufacturing that Army Color with new govt. policies.
                            Later i knew that company has never stop the manufacturing of that model and Just to increase the profit / share of commission they presented me the false details of vehicles.

                            So, i'am very dissatisfied by such false presentation of vehicles details at such reputative bikes company

                              From two days consecutively I am visiting agencies for my classic motorcycle . I visited two agencies one in Rajpura and other in patiala for same problem of my handle but they didn't respond properly neither they solved the problem. And I bought a leg guard for my bike with 1 year guarantee but they didn't replace it . If I call they didn't pick up. What should I do?May I go and file a case in court.

                                  It's been more than ten days since I registered grievances through toll free portal. No resolution has been made yet. My bike hasn't been covered 10000 km but oxygen sensor broke alr already. No accident, no hitting even don't have any scratch marks. Even timely services been taken fo the vehicle. Smart choice automative service Jhalawar, Rajasthan refused to changed the part under warranty. Kindly provide the resolution to the matter.

                                      नमस्ते सर जीं मेरा नाम आकाश दोहरें है, मेंने आज से 2 महीने पहलें new 350 standerd ख़रीदी थीं ! परंतु उसकी रेस का जो वायर होता है, उसने ख़राबी के कारण मेरा ऐक्सिडेंट हो गया, लेकिन किसी को भी जन हानि नहीं हुई, फिर में गाड़ी को शोरूम लें गया उन्होंने मेरी गाड़ी को बीमा में सहीं तो किया लेकिन उसमें ऐसी बहुत सी प्रोब्लम ठीक नहीं की तो जिस चक्कर में में बहुत परेशान हूँ। ओर गाड़ी को भी नही चला पा रहा___ इसलिए मेरा आपसे निवेदन है! की एक बात call back ज़रूर करें जिससे में अपनी सभी दिक़्क़तें बता सकूँ_ ओर आपके डीलर भी अच्छे से बात नहीं करते ओर ना ही servic सेंटर बाले अच्छे से काम करते है___
