Royal Enfield — bad behavior | |||
I purchased the signal 350 from abc motors tirur, malappuram, kerala on 02/05/2019. Since its first service, there have been frequent complaints. Missing while running is one of the most frequent complaints. For that i have to serve it three times and for a while it will be okay and then again it will be a problem. I get around 100 kms (Tirur kozhikode) every day. Even today when i am coming from kozhikode to tirur, the same problem arises. But there has been no action taken to resolve my issue seriously, including the service manager. Eventually, i returned without putting the cart there. This kind of approach is so bad from the service of the royal enfield with good will. So i request you to find a solution soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
