I Have purchased A Royal Enfield Standard 350 From Legend Motors, Old No. 28, New No. 14 G.S.T. Road, Sundarambal Nagar
Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai -600047 in October 2012.
I am having 2 major problems from the very next day onwards of the delivery date.
1. Right side pulling.
2. Engine noise.
I have purchased my bike in October-2012. Still these issues are not resolved.
I have given my bike to Legend motors more than 10 times. They will keep my bike in service centre for more than 4-5 days.
I have sent many mails to Royal enfield, but nobody was taking responsibility to fix this issue.
Then I have given my bike to Suthern Motors Anna nGar to fix this issue. My bike was there for 14 days.
After that bike is vibrating too much, my horn was not working, very huge noise from back wheel and chain is rubbing somewhere.
Again I went to Suthern motors, still issue is not resolved. I have sent lot of mails to the following mail ids:
