Royal Enfield — Bike kept for 7 months in service station but did not repair anything

I, Nikunj Goenka, owns Royal Enfield Machismo 1999 model. I had given my bike in July 2016 to the Paragon service station in Nagpur for repair of the piston of the vehicle and its servicing. I kept on going to the service station to check my vehicle for continuously till January 2017, but it was not repaired. In February 2017 they gave my bike, saying it is done now, but it is nowhere starting or running properly and the engine oil is draining out slowly. My bike is as it is as it was in July 2016 and they have given me a bill of more than Rs. 12500, which I nowhere undetstand. Please forward my complaint to the higher officials of Royal Enfield.
