[Resolved] Royal Enfield — bike not delivered on time | |||
I booked royal enfield thunderbird 350 two and half months ago by paying rs.5000. 2 weeks before they told me to get my bike after paying full amount. Immediately i paid rs.1.64 lakhs. They told me to get my bike after two days. After two days when i called them they asked for extra two days time. After two days they again asked two days. Again after two days they repeated the same asking extra two days. Now they are asking 10 days extra time. I am totally vexed and stressed with them. It seems fishy that they gave my bike to someone who bribed them and they simply playing with me. Even, i complained to royal enfield customer support and there is no voice for a common man in this democratic country. Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 23, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved They sent their company sales executive to my home and apoligized for the late delivery of my bike. Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
