Royal Enfield — bike servicing

I give my bike on 09.12.2019 at pallavarm service station. They told me that your bike will be redy till 5 pm. But when i call them at 5 pm, they told me that in 7pm bike will be full ready. That time i am getting late. So i decide to come next day. But today when i go to their service station they ttold me to wait some time, after waiting for 15 min one guy came in and told me that there is no parts available for your bike so we couldn’t able do any work on your bike. That time i want to beat that guy very hard. I told them that you have to inform me about parts avlbility. When i told them to give my bike, then they started to drain my engine oil. I am very offset and same time i got lost one of my clint order worth of 54000, because of your bad service. Who will be pay for that. My bike no is tn06l6691.
