Royal Enfield — Bike Serving was not Done Properly | |||||
Hello Team, I Have purchased a bike, its been 1 year two months. Its been 8th Servicing that i gave it today, I did the servicing of my bike ON 24th December 2016. It was just 1457km which i gave it due to forcefully, the bike condition is not at all good. Last month i said them to check the things properly and bill was added for 3749/- but Same thing is again repeated in this month as as said they are charging for 4000 + amount as expected. I m really not happy with the servicing part from your Company. The day when i took bike, i was just happy for just one month, from then i gave many complaints which is still not done. Rh Cover Oil Leakage is the issue from the beginning Handle Cool Set movement Issue is from Beginning Suspension Check up was done last time and then again this month they wrote Time Setting issue. Chain Sprakit was the issue also solved last time. This are the repeated complaints. Its been just one Year and this bike i maintain my self alone and run for 16400 KM used has so many issue. I m serious not at al happy after buying this bike from Royal Enfield. Was this information helpful? | |||||
