As having a complaint in break for my newly purchased royal enfield i gave it for servicing 8 times. The front break of the vehicle is happening to struck sometimes. And the back break is making a high cracking sound when giving break. But they were not able to rectify my complaint. I got very poor service for my royal enfield. Workers doesn't have any responsibility. The condition of the royal enfiled is not good from the very initial period. I request you to rectify my complaint or gave me a new royal enfield instead of the old one. I you are not taking any action for my grievance, i'll go for legal procedures.
