Royal Enfield — Bullet 500 | |||||
Let me introduce myself. I am Sajimon, working as an engineer in a super specialty hospital in Cochin. I had purchased a Royal Enfield Bullet 500 Marsh Grey on 1-8-2016 direct from company outlet. Immediately after 1st service which was done at the company outlet, the safety guard came loose. Since the fixing nuts were not available in the open market, i had to rely on the company outlet for fixing it. further, just some days past the second service, the carburetor went loose. Later, even before the 3rd service the engine developed some wired noise. The vehicle had run only 5850kms by then, immediately i took it for the 3rd service. Around 100kms after the 3rd service, the noise came back & this time it was continuous. Again i gave the vehicle for service at company outlet on[protected], they asked one week for correcting it. When i contacted back on 25th January, they revealed that the crank bearing was faulty & the crank alignment has gone. They are to rectify the fault by giving it at some local LATHE!! This is absurdity & is a clear proof of manufacturing defect, I insist you take back this faulty vehicle and issue a new one to me. I can no longer tolerate such a faulty vehicle.
