On jan 30th 2018, i have registered and booked royal enfield himalayan sleet + explorer kit with an advance payment 5000/-.

But after taking a test ride and consulting the existing bs4 himalayan owners, decided to cancel the booking.
While booking, the conditions clearly said that in case of cancellation, i have to collect a cheque from the dealer selected in the booking process.
On jan 31st i have decided to cancel the booking and emailed the same.
Since then i have been thrice to the cvs motors showroom for my refund.
But no one entertains my request and tells me to transfer the booking to someone or buy some other bike.
Is it a petty shop with some chocolates and biscuits.
Very bad re.

But neither re replied back.
This is serious violation.
