I bought the thunderbird x 15 days ago, and since last 10 days i am getting trouble with it. It is having a battery problem, the company said they replaced it, but still after 2 time replacement i am getting this problem. Also bike doesn’t get start each and every day, they said there is problem with the air but after thier service it all started again. Niether company is providing a good service nor the showroom. Sometimes bike’s engine stop working while riding. So there is possibility of accident. When i went to showroom to show them they just fooled me that they have resolve the problem and said that the serive will be charged. Though i have bought bike only 15 days ago, and it has travelled only 200 kms, and they are charging me for something which is companies defect and also not providing a good quality service. They have opened the bike’s engine so now i don’t want to have that bike. Because once the engine get opened the bike gets fully destroyed. I want company to replace that bike and give me new bike with no defects.
