Royal Enfield — classic 350 gunmetal grey, engine noise

I have bought this bike last year and it is giving odd engine noise and heating problem, i have gone to service centre more than 5 times but they are unable to sort out the problem, the engine is making cranky noises and burning kind smell is coming when the bike is heated up, very disappointed,
Thus company gives a warranty of engine for 2 years but after buying this bike engine started making noise within a month.
