Royal Enfield — classic 350 very poor service

Hi,

I am very depressed with provided services they have. This is my classic 350 second service and it's not started. I called over road side assist they request with my service agency brown automobile. This is contact number of the agency: [protected]
And i purchase bike from brown automobile this is my punit dealer no. [protected].

Please call them and discuss what they want from their customer, most of time i tried to call them they are not picking call and they worker talk very rude manner.

I want proper working bike or want my money back.
