Dealer-harshith motors (Royal enfield) Subject:- no proper communication unable to speak in hindi & english. This is to inform you that we visit the showroom to order a bike On 8th-nov-2018-standard bullet 500cc-forest green-with abs. Hence day 1 The sales representatives unable to explain any of the model in proper language, secondly even we shown pictures & color & model even the representative unable to record the details in order slip. Even they dont know the abs upgrade for 500cc standard varient. We want the showroom should provide proper catalogue with pricing and specific model names or numbers etc - and the customare care support team should able to speak in official languages in showroom & on telephone as well - and should provide working contact telephone no's in showroom details.
