Royal Enfield — Complain regarding paid service charged during 4th free service

I had serviced my bike on[protected] and they charged paid service from me during my 4th free service .i complaint to royal enfeild but they ignored and trying to hide their fault .
i request you to please resolve my issue and charged them for mental torcher.
