Royal Enfield — complaining about the dealer | |||
Sir, Myself vishnu vijayan from alappuzha, kerala bought a royal enfield classic 350 - gun metal grey from your roverz motors kayamkulam dealer. I bought the vehicle just six months ago with lot of expectation but i dissappointed very badly because of my classic 350 is not in running condition now, it lost its back brake (Disc) due to one of the tube had broken inside the disc brake system. I shown the bike in the respective showroom january last, now it become more than 40 days, they didnt call me or intimate when it will be replaced, even thoug i called the dealer more than 4 times but i didnt get any positive reply from them, i humply requesting you to please do the needful for me...
