Hi sir, I wanted to bring it to your notice that i had horrible experience servicing the bike at your place. My bike brand new standard 350 cc which I purchased 6 month back and got my 3rd service done on 10.02.2017. service center name is South Delhi Motorcycles, bike came back in a horrible condition I do not feel its the same, Clutch lever which I paid for seems to be of other model like grey market, back light damaged & not working and have new problems and came back to the service station twice and I was told verbally that problem will be there, but when I gave my bike it was perfect and they have spoiled the normal functioning of the bike and their response for the problem was horrible. Please take some necessary action on this and make the customer happy. I am completely not happy with the work and never going to come back to you. I am going to take the bike to service again spending for it. I know there wont be any response for this mail. My experience should not be faced by other. We spend money for good service but not this kind.
Same was discussed with the Service Centre manager(Mr. Dinesh) also at the time of receiving the bike & I was given in written by him on attached invoice that the parts will again be changed next day, which clearly means that Service station has done some goo[censored]p with the bike.
Must resolve the complaint to avoid further escalations & consumer court activities.
