Royal Enfield — complaint defective bike | |||||
Hi this is parthi from chennai i have purchased clasic 350 (Tn 10 ad 4111) on 2016 for past two years there are issues with the bike engines part gear tapping noise (Tik tik). Ten times i have complaint the service centre people only say they will replace the parts and again the issues arises no resolution since time. Very bad experience - service i am really disappointed with the customer service of royal enfield (Sri velavan motors), still my issue is not fixed Was this information helpful? | |||||
