Royal Enfield — complaint for servicing and waiting

I'm present at your service station at kodia auto sales aligarh u. P 202001, staff focus on external bikes (After warranty) mechanic name - arif they are not focus on bikes which are under warranty and staff force me to sit under waiting room. I wait for 4 hrs for my first service.

Please provide me reason for this same otherwise will take legal action after 5 days.
