Royal Enfield — Complaint on the showroom and the Service center | |||
Hi, I have recently taken a Royal Enfield Classic 350 silver on 03rd Feb 17, and have asked for a requested registration number, for which they had collected Rs. 4000/-, quoting that the series I asked was still available and had taken extra 700/- for the TR number. Its been a week already neither they have given me a TR number nor some proof for the registration number. Now they also claiming that the series I requested is no longer available. Not confirming on the availability of numbers as well. To add, today i have given the bike for the first free service and i asked not to change the engine oil, its its just 500 KMS after taking the bike. Every time the Engine oil is changed, it would have the capacity to run till 2000 kms. And i asked not to change the oil. The response given by the service center was something weird which is not written anywhere. need an immediate reply on the complaint.
