Royal Enfield — Complaint regarding not to solve my problem rude and casual behavior of receptionist and staff.

I bring to your kind attention that I purchased a bike i.e. Royal Engield Standard 350 EFI from Manzil Motors Gurugram on 06.06.2020.

It was only 4-5 days before I bought the bike, unbearable sound started coming from the handle of the bike. To fix this, I went to my nearest Royal Infield showroom and explained my problem. He simply checked the bike and said, "Take you away, the sound will stop." But the voice kept coming as it used to come and I went to the showroom continuously to fix it, but my problem did not get fixed. The manager of the garage said that Sir, you take it from where you bought the bike. Sir, I did not buy the bike so that I would stand at the showroom / garage with the bike everyday. I am a government employee and I decided to buy it considering my daily requirement. But I have to complain with great sadness that the service of Royal Infield is so bad and instead of removing the problem of the customer, he is rescued he is misled.
Meanwhile, another malfunction occurred in the bike. The bike started to stop a short distance away.
To take my problem again I went to my nearest showroom Jhajjar. His attitude remains intact. Sir, the machine is damaged. He checked the normal and said, "Sir, take it, now the bike will not be off." But my problem was not solved, the bike would stop continuously anywhere. I had no choice but to be a desperator.
Sir, I ride about 125 km bike every day and out of this, the path of about 30 km is deserted and when returning home I get up at night. Returning from office it becomes night time everyday. Apart from traveling on this path, I have no other option on this route, late night robbery happens on this route. Sir, God forbid if my bike stops on this road and there is an accident with me, then who will take responsibility for it.
Sir, I did not take the bike for the purpose that I spoil the image of a brand like Royal Enfield. But if there is a problem then there is a solution too. But your staff is not cooperative. Your staff is responsible for spoiling the image of a brand like Royal Infield. Sir, this was my problem. Now I took my problem and went to Manzil Motors, Gurugram from where I had bought the bike and as told by the Manager of Jhajjar Royal Enfield showroom. There I also prayed to the receptionist that Sir, I have come from about 60 kilometers away and my problem is serious, please check properly and repair the bike properly and say that it is very difficult for me to come to the showroom again and again. He also checked the bike and said that sir, your bike is OK, you can take the bike. I went with a bike. But on the same day the bike stopped again on the way. I got desperate again as to why my problem was being taken so simple. Is Royal Infield such a cheap brand that it does not even have good mechanics to solve a small problem. The bike started after trying to start the bike for about 10-15 minutes. And I went home. Well somehow i get home. I had to go to office next day. Looking at the everyday bike problems, I was sure that the bike would stop again and the same happened. The next day the bike stopped in the middle way not once, not twice, but the entire 07 times. That day I reached home with great difficulty.
The next day I called the Gurugram showroom. He asked me to come to the showroom. I am helpless, there was no option for me to go there. In the hope of resolve my problem, I left for Gurugram again. My problem was written again and the same thing was repeated. The bike was checked again and after 2-3 hours the bike was handed over to me and it was said that sir, your bike has been fixed. That day I came home with the bike with great hope. That day, without stopping, the bike reached home. The next day I had to go to Jhajjar for some work. Sadly, the bike stopped again in the market. And it was too much that day. The bike started after about half an hour of tireless effort. Meanwhile, I called Gurugram showroom and lodged my complaint. He again replied in a very simple tone that Sir brought yours bike in the garage. We will check again. Now sir, can you tell me that I have only one thing to take the bike to the showroom of Gurugram and Jhajjar.
Sir, you are advised to appoint educated staff and experienced Mechanics at your showroom and garage so that you can save the honor of the brand and you. With folded hands, I request that you please instruct all your staff, mechanics to treat their customers well and solve their problem, instead of misleading / harassing them and never do that so that the customer gets frustrated. So that the customer trust on the worldwide brand like Royal Infield.
Sir, my problem remains as it is. I again and again requested with folded hands please guide me and tell me where I need to go so that my problem can be settle. I will be highly oblige.
