Royal Enfield — complimentary helmet issue with chandra motors, nagercoil | |||
Dear sir/madam, Myself m. Rajeev varma recently availed royal enfield himalayan snow from chandra motors, nagercoil tamil nadu on[protected]. During purchase, i was told that there is a complimentary helmet form the company, but i requested to give any other item instead of helmet as i have already purchased other one. As there is no such option from them, i convinced. When i went to showroom for helmet to pillion rider (My wife). Staff of the showroom denied to offer helmet of appropriate size. I. E, small (S). Adding to that they forced us to take the helmet which is not suitable, and warned us to write a letter mentioning that we have opted out helmet if we don't take the helmet. However we managed leaving the showroom safely without writing any letter They've even challenged us to raise a complaint. As a customer we have not expected such behavior from royal enfield. We only expected to use the complimentary in the best possible way rather than shelving it. So i kindly request you to arrange a complimentary helmet of small (S) size and provide better customer experience. Thanks for taking time to read this. Was this information helpful? | |||
