I purchased royal Enfield classic 350on 23/04/2021 from Ambey motors. I was not provided computerised bill. When I went for first service in June 2021 at siddhi vinayak authorised dealer and service centre, they also failed to provide computer generated bill saying history of my vechile has not been maintained.i have mailed several times to your support team yet no help has been given. Also I have raised the issue via Twitter yet no response recieved. It is due to this reason I am unable to login RE app. Kindly help
