Royal Enfield — dealer velavan motors-vehicle not delivered since 27 days after the payment | |||
Post interacting with your sales person, i have booked a royal enfield thunderbird bike 350 stone on 23rd january in velavan motors (Nandanam). Sales person over there promised that he can deliver the bike in max 7 days post which i paid a token advance of inr 5000/-. After four days, sales person called me to pay the remaining amount so that i can take delivery in 3 days. Now it is almost 27 days crossed, still i didn’t receive the vehicle. At the time of booking i clearly informed to the sales person that my current vehicle is not working and i can manage for one week without vehicle. If you can deliver the vehicle in one week then i will book the bike here or else i will book the vehicle in adyar showroom as they have stock ready. He contacted the manager and confirmed there is tb 350 in stock in another branch & he can deliver the vehicle in one week for sure. From them on, i keep on following up without any resolution. I am really unsatisfied and saddened with the showroom. They have to compensate for the delay in delivery as well the inconvenience i am facing without a vehicle. It is my hard earned money which would have fetched me interest if i kept it with me. Adding to this, i commute every day to office by cab / auto rickshaw which is an additional expense. This is intolerable with whatever justification they convey but in the end as a customer i am facing the consequence! I am very depressed and affecting my health. Please take action against them and help me deliver my vehicle soon and also arrange for the compensation. Was this information helpful? | |||
