Hello Eicher Motors and Royal Enfield,
It has been two month for the complaint which I have raised for my Royal Enfield new Petrol Tank changing. The new tank which arrived earlier was also a defective piece and it is taking so long to reach for the company to the service centre.
ANd it has been almost 2 months since my vehicle is at the service center and what is the reason it's been taking too long. The executives are only giving the date and not much reply from them side. And if try to communicate with the main efficient executive he is also not responding. Your customer care did not pickup the call. If i want to complain there is no revert from your side. This is the worst service i have ever experience from the Royal Enfield team and i have never expected this thing from your team and i need my query to be resolve within this week please.
