Royal Enfield — Delay and no response when bike will get delivered to me

Address:Royal engineers, Shop no.2-1-8/133/NR Saraswathi Nagar Colony, Beside Bharath petrol bunk, nagole road, uppal, Hyderabad-39

I have booked RE meteor 350 meteor matte black with seat customization on suggestion of sales executive according to whom it will get delivered with in 20 days. The delivery date they have mentioned is 02 Dec 2020 and till yet bike is not delivered. there is no response from the dealer and sales executives at least with tentative dates when it will be delivered.
As it a customized booking its non- refundable and I couldn't able to cancel the same.
I am nit good with the response from the dealer and executives and expecting a positive response at least here.
