Royal Enfield — delay for delivery | |||
Dear sir, I have booked a thunderbirdx 350 before 3 months from the delar of royal enfield at apollon motor - dhulagarh, howrah. 31 aug'18 i have completed my full payment after available there stock of my vehicle. They will say after doing temporary registration they will deliver my vehicle. It's ok, on 5th sep'18 at 3.15 pm i got a msg from vaahan for complete my temporary registration. But the salesman (Mr. Sourav) say he can't deliver my vehicle at the next day when i called him he say that the broker of that delar can't sent my temporary registration papers next day, it will take more two days. I should wait for next two days, i have no option. After that on 7th sep'18 i called that salesman several times but he didn't pickup my phone. It's very bad experience for me to purchase a dream bike. No responsibility of that salesman of that delar & no communication with customer. I will very much thankful to you if i get vehicle on 8th sep'18 where as my temporary registration was done on 5th sep'18.
