Royal Enfield — delaying service warranty - rudraa motors-service - token number : r[protected]tok-04422 | |||
This issue is still i am experiencing. I have delivered my tb350 in rudraa motors-service - annanagar on 22nd jan. The beauty is for last 18 days i have never received one update call from service center. I have been given many reasons for delaying warranty coverage work. Reason1: week1, sir your tank will be replaced by some other new bike part which came newly for other accident bike coverage. Reason 2: week2, sir sorry the approved invoice tank came in was stone black instead of flicker black. Reason3: week3, sir sorry your invoice is not yet approved. All above status was provided after i call them many times and no service center executives have courtesy to update their customers since holding bike for 3 weeks and still counting days. People i spoken are, munvar hussain, dinesh & benny. I request royal enfield to resolve this issue asap. Below is token number generated on 22nd jan Dear mr.
