[Resolved]  Royal Enfield — Delivered Bike with Crooked Indicator

I took delivery of royal enfield classic 350 Chrome red varient under name Sagar K S from Royal Enfield Showroom - Acclaim Motors Pvt Ltd Yelahanka on[protected] at 7PM.
I took the bike to home and observed that the rear right indicator was not fitted properly, I thought that was a minor fitting issue and could be fixed during first service.
But today[protected] I went for first service to Acclaim Motors - Royal Enfield Service Center Yelahanka and asked them to fit the indicator, That is when I got to know that it is not fitting problem but its damaged and should be replaced.
Then I went to showroom and explained issue to the person who gave delivery and requested him to raise a complaint for indicator replacement. He is not agreeing that it was damaged at the time of delivery.
I have shown him the photo proofs and also he checked that there is not even a single scratch on the indicator. But still he is telling that it happened after the bike is delivered and nothing can be done by him. Rear indicator facing upward can be clearly seen in the photo attached.
Even in the service centre, bike was not washed properly, There was not light at washing area and compressor was turned off and they did not dry with air after wash. Their excuses and sorry faces were unlookable.
I am completely dissappointed with Royal Enfield Acclaim Motors Pvt Ltd Yelahanka show room and service centre.
Had a worst day today and having bad feeling with the first service itself.

Hi, Indicator issue and Bike washing issue has been resolved. Many thanks to Manju and Mohit from Acclaim Motors - Royal Enfield Service Center Yelahanka for following up with me from today morning and resolving it. I would also like to bring to notice that my grievance was all because of the response given by Sudarshan from Royal Enfield Showroom - Acclaim Motors Pvt Ltd Yelahanka for indicator issue. He did not agree that the indicator was crooked at the time of delivery even after I tried to convince him with photo proofs. He stuck to the point and argued that it was damaged after the bike was delivered. I heartily thank Royal Enfield for taking the issue seriously and quick response and level of service provided. Team i have similar issue with same variant. looks like the product is defective and RE is not accepting their mistake. I filed complaint with the ID :CAS[protected]J1T6X3 12 days back but they still trying to escalate only. Very worst service. No one is taking action. Can someone help me on this.
