Royal Enfield — delivery of the vehicle I booked | |||
Me being one of the very 1st customer to book the motorcycle “interceptor 650 twin” on 14 november 2018 in the region of vasai-virar, palghar, maharashtra, from s. P wheels the dealership says they havent recived the colour i asked for (Glitter and dust) as it is a custom colour i accepted that when the delivery started.. I waited and waited then i came across some posts across india and found the same colour bike running on roads, and me like a fool am still waiting and i mailed to royal enfield support about the same and recived a reply saying that the demand is unexpected from people. And i was assured to get the bike in the time period of 16th feb 2019 to 22nd feb 2019 and now i get a call saying that the bike wud b recived in march Why is this discrimination between regions and customers am i not an important customer to receive the assured vehicle on time???
