Royal Enfield — disservice of voyage motors royal enfield udaipur | |||
I bought Royal Enfield Signal ME3U3S5C2KA377226 (chassis number) on January 15th 2019 with an expectation of enjoying the one o f it's own kind of experience of Royal Enfield which the company is committed to provide but the Voyage motors is making an exception for the company I firmly believe. (THE MOST STRANGE THING IS THAT I HAVE RECIEVED TWO DIFFERENT BILLS OF A SERVICE WHICH i HAD HAD AT THE SAME EXACT DAY AND TIME.) The list goes like this:- 1 Just after 5 or 6 days the flowing petrol was taking air and was causing abrupt stops in 9-10 kms, whilst the when I was switching the nob on it was sounding like air pressure was released. 2:- the rear mud guard was touching the tyre. 3:- Spokes of the rear tyre were breaking off, it happened three times; while it was in warranty. I didn't ride it rough the air pressure was appropriate all the times. during first time they repaired it and I paid them. during second time they changed the rim under warranty, now it has happened all over again and I have again visited the service center and my bike is at service center. 4:- Engine misfires, sounds bad when I go on some slope climbing kind of roads. 5:- the chains loosens up all the time, and they won't listen to me while on the contrary would start talking rubbish and that is insulting. 6:- recently the tyre was blocked right after the spokes were broken in the middle of the road during 3 'o' clock at night. They didn't entered the first service details while I had given my Royal Enfield Signal on 512 kms on date 21 january for it's first service. I doubt that either this one is a defective piece of Royal Enfield's great line up of Signals or the service center is creating these situations where I'm ending up paying too much, while I'm maintaining my bike up to the standards properly. Now today when I asked about the copy of bills or invoices they deny that and have given me some selected bills and invoices, I asked for the complete copies, to which they said it's not possible for them to do so. I'm uploading whatever was provided to me today. there rude attitude is just cherry on the top, after all these problems which I described are just repetitive in nature and are as frequent as 15 days on average.
