Royal Enfield — during bike service no water washing but take amount 70 for water washing and polish

I give yesterday my thunderbird 350x first service, they tell overall service amount 1220 i paid all amount including water washing but they no water wash i check under mudguard, seat cover, dust and moisture remain they cheating me we already fully water wash sir so please refund my water wash amount 70 rupees or given free water wash with polish next time when i give to service.
