I have booked a Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Supernova custom silver colour on 7th March, 2022 from Acclaim Motors, Yelahanka, Bangalore. The promised delivery date provided by the Company was 23rd March, 2022. But till now I have not received the vehicle or any updates from the company or from showroom end regarding delivery of the vehicle. We have contacted Royal Enfield support team several times regarding the same but we have not received a single call back from their side. Every time the support representative is saying that they will call back within 24 hrs but I don't receive any communication from them within 24 days also. And the best part is when I address the problem to showroom staff and manager, they are also saying that they are helpless and not getting any updates from Royal Enfield side. Everytime they are saying that you will receive this month end but till now we don't have any single update regarding the delivery of the vehicle. As a customer what action can we take in this situation because we are suffering a lot due to this. Also, now we are consuming our precious time for continuous followup with the company and showroom. Really disappointed and disheartened by the false commitment and poor support system of the company. Was this information helpful? |
