With reference to the above I had an issue with my bikes rear tyre that got punctured today being 31.05.2020, Sunday. My vehicle is interceptor 650 and had opted for Road side assistance(RSA).I made a call to RSA and made sure that they would come to pick/tow my vehicle since the bike 210 kg kerb weight.after a long time I got a call from RSA who mentioned that the vehicle suppose to tow my bike shall soon come in one hour. Waiting for another half an hour being Sunday at night I pateintly waited for another half an hour and rang the crane service personnel to know the whereabouts of his location. To my dismal I came to know that he had not even planned to come but simply said a yes to the RSA.I being waiting for so long got frustrated and dragged my bike somehow and took it to a mechanic and got it replaced. This is a typical example of cheating a customer, taking it for granted that what difference does it make even if we don't deliver the service offered while purchasing a vehicle from ROYAL ENFIELD.
