Royal Enfield — Faulty Classic 350 delivered. Not providing spares | |
After taking delivery of my bike on 12th June, only after 2 days, it's pilot lamps and meter light went off. When I went at service station, they told that the switch is faulty and told that it will be replaced in 2-3 weeks. Nothing happened. When I mailed on 8th Dec., they registered complaint and service manager from South Delhi Royal Enfield, Okhla called and told me to come and get the switch replaced anytime. But when I called before visiting service station, they told product is not available and it will take another 15 days. It has been 6 months now. Was this information helpful? | |
