[Resolved] Royal Enfield — Faulty meter in Thunderbird 350 2014 Model | |||
Hello, I have a thunderbird 350 it has just completed a year in may. I had digital meter issue before bike completed a year and also informed the dealer regarding the same. They said they dont have meters in stock. So i emailed Royal enfield customer care service email id. They gave me a contact number after a week and several emails to whom i contacted he said they will get meter in two weeks but it is been a month now and there is no communication from Royal enfield also they are not replying to my emails also. Dec 23, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved The complaint is still open and not resolved. They promised to get back to me but they did not. Its been 8 months and nothing has happened to my complain. Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
