I claimed insurance which is B2B insurance for my Royal Enfield interceptor 650 on 1/2/2023 as there has been a dent on one of my silencer and wanted to change it . I have specifically mentioned not to do any extra works as i had previous bad experience with the showroom service .Its been 3 months and i have got different bills with only the first one with credibility . I have been to the showroom with the first said amount ₹7, 344 after informing them and had to return as they said the icici insurance company person or team who grants the insurance is on leave .Second amount was slightly more than the first which i was ready to pay . Third bill without any credibility with only the amount written on it send through watsapp without mentioning the labour works done or the rate of the original silencer and insurance amount credited . Asking about the details the showroom service manager was disrespectful and has some fraudster activities going on with the insurance company team. my motorcycle has not been used for past 3 months which can damage its battery. As a consumer using Royal Enfield services for past 5 yearsI request for proper enquiry for the delay and the change in amount from rupees 1500 to ₹7, 344 to ₹8690 which now is ₹14, 754 after being completely rude and disrespectful.
