I had booked bike as on 07 11 2015 in saran motors and asked for a favour to my booking executive mr. Durga that any possibility of delivering bike by
11 11 2015 as i had birthday on that day and he asked me to ask md for that he too responded well and deliveried on 10 11 2015 by saying that its a test ride vehicle and it just rided for about 30 kms i agreed and ttok by thinking 30 kmsdoes not matters and by words he said
After using for few days i realised that some complaints regarding bike condition and i asked for that they said it can be rectified during my 1st servicing
I took my bike for first servicing as on 05 12 2015 and in job sheet filed complaints as
Problem in gear shifting, starting problem of kick start and it continued til my 3rd servicing
In mean whilei took bike for service as it not rectified as on dates
7 12 2015
12 02 2016 my second service
27 02 2016 as it not rectified
I became hopeless nd even arguement took place by me and manager gopal garu and he made a decision of opening the clutch cover for low pick up complaint and gear shifting by the chief mechanic named mr. Akbar he is the one who repaired til 3rd servicing from first
After examining for 20 min he made a conclusion that clutch plates had spoiled an i rejected for paying money as i had warrenty towards engine and mr. Gopal agreed for replacement of spares and they keptbike for nearly 5 days in service point and returned saying they replaced them
But later on sounds started emitting from tappets and crank shaft
I fed up and took for 4th servicing on 1 6 2016
I got shocked by words of manager saying that we will give warrenty only i[censored] people buy accessories as
Afety gaurds, silencers, mega wheels from showroom
I had doubt regarding this from when royal enfield has started giving warrenty to chennai made products in showrooms
I clearly refused to take my bike in such a condition and left
They asked some senior mechanic to observe and he made a clear notice that some parts to b replaced as
Cam wheels, head assembely, tappets, engine bearings and given me a price as 9000 in period ofwarrenty
As i had friend in service point let me known that is a well used trail bike and its first service had completed on 4 10 2015
I attached bills regarding everything
The funiest thing is they charged me by labour charge too as on 1st nd 2nd servicing
I had a doubt that im not new to enfield even i had my old enfield of 2009 model used for 4 successful years by me
Eve though complaints cant be in such a huge quantity
As i questioned my friend in service point he said truth that the head is been replaced by some electra silver in warrenty issues
They even took full amount of bike as if its fur and on road charges
They not even rectified any problem til today
O i approched u people for justice as even before at time of 2nd servicing i made a complaint regarding my bike
I completely fed up by service provided by saran motors

Im here to make a clear conclusion that either my amount towards my bike to be returned or replaced by new bike
Now u people are the decision makers of this issue nd it not just matter of a bike its a matter of reputation of a firm for about 115 succesful years since 1901
I think this issue can be enclosed before a span of 15 days
