Royal Enfield — got wrong product

Ordered a custom helmet on 26th November 2019. My order ID is 77814.
Got the helmet with Order ID 77832.
On the bill my name and address is given but the order ID is 77832.
Such incovience from such reputed company is not expected.
Anyone seeing this complaint and got the helmet with order ID 77814 can contact me.

I got the wrong helmet. On the helmet it is written “comrade_roop”.
