[Resolved] Royal Enfield — Handle tight wheel getting damage on one side | |||
Dear sir / madam i purchased a royal enfield clasic 350 (silver) on[protected] and after 4 days i observed that my vehicle fork has some problem, my handle was tight and it was going left when i driving. i gone to your service center some mechanic checked and he done some setting and he told it will be free with a day.2nd problem near petrol tank petrol adjustment was getting leaked again he done some small adjustment told OK. and the 2 problems was not rectified and again i gone to your servicing center on 31/7/2014 and given for first service and told the same 2 problems then one your incharge was checked he told it has wheel through problem and petrol knob problem we will rectify and replace the problem. and that same day evening 7:20 i taken the delivery and they included the wheel through charges in my bill i told iwill not pay due to it was manufacture defect and your incharge agreed and it was deleated from my bill. but the handle tight and my tyre was right sidegetting burning more comparing to left side so kindly check if it is manufactrue defect kindly call back my vehicle and give me new vehicle Pavan Ganesh kvb mob no:-[protected] service invoice no:-SINV[protected] JOB CARD NO :-RJC[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
